The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last five years. The similar works should be of a certain value, which can be met by one of the following conditions: - At least one “similar work” of value of ₹140.41 lakh or more - At least two “similar works” each of value of ₹87.76 lakh or more - At least three “similar works” each of value of ₹70.21 lakh or more In the case of joint ventures or consortia, the substantial partner (with a share of 26% or more) is considered for evaluation, and their work experience is considered based on their percentage participation. For non-substantial partners, they should have a minimum of 20% participation and experience of executing at least one Civil work of minimum value of ₹35.10 lakhs in the last 05 years. Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract based on the original scope of work or revised scope of work, whichever is less. The lead partner must be a substantial partner with a minimum of 26% participation in the JV/Consortium. Each substantial partner must have experience of executing at least one "similar work" valued at a minimum of ₹70.21 lakhs or more in the last 05 years.
