The NIT cost of work is approximately ₹422.50 Lakh, so the bidder must have completed similar works of value more than 10% of ₹422.50 Lakh, i.e., more than ₹42.25 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should not have any contract rescinded or terminated due to non-performance, with a value of more than 10% of ₹422.50 Lakh (i.e., more than ₹42.25 Lakh), and should not have been penalized with liquidated damages of 10% (or more) of the contract value due to delay, nor imposed with a penalty of 10% (or more) of the contract value due to any other reason, in any Rolling Stock works of value more than ₹42.25 Lakh, during the last three years. The bidder must also ensure that the total amount of dispute in their pending litigation is not more than 50% of the tenderer's net worth.
