The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - At least one “similar work” of value of ₹193.85 lakh or more, - OR at least two “similar works” each of value of ₹121.16 lakh or more, - OR at least three “similar works” each of value of ₹96.92 lakh or more. In case of a joint venture (JV)/Consortium, each substantial partner must have experience of executing at least one “similar work” of value of ₹96.92 lakhs or more. Non-substantial partners must have experience of executing at least one Telecom work of minimum value of ₹48.46 lakhs. The bidder should have experience in executing at least one Telecom work of minimum ₹48.46 Lakh in the last 05 years. Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. For similar works, the client's certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the “similar work” shall be furnished by the tenderer in support of work experience. Substantial completion shall be 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract based on original scope of work/ revised scope of work, whichever is less. The work experience of only substantial partner (partner with share of 26% or more in the JV/ Consortium) shall be considered for evaluating of JV/ Consortium. The lead partner in a JV/Consortium must have a minimum of 26% participation and should have experience of executing at least one "similar work" of value ₹96.92 lakhs or more in the last 05 years. Each substantial partner in the JV/Consortium should also have this experience. The value of similar work is ₹96.92 lakhs, and the percentage of participation for the lead partner is 26%.
