Nozzle fixing: Drilling 12-16 mm dia holes at honeycomb portions/voids/construction joints/cracks/ etc at specified spacing and placing 8-12 mm dia nozzle of length 75 mm suitable for qrouting in 150 mm deep hole using polymer mortar including cutting of nozzle after the grouting and finishing with polymer mortar etc complete.

Injection grouting: Providing and applying injection grouting through the nozzles provided into cracks/honeycombed raea by suitable grouting pump under pressure till refusal including all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cement slurry mixed with non-shrink additive like Masterflow 150 of BASF/Cebex-100 of Fosroc/Intraplast EP of Sika or equivalent.

Providing and installing MS nipple/NRV of size 14mm X 100mm into RCC structures including drilling of holes and sealing of opening.

Providing and injection of Dr. Fixit or Fosroc PU foam injection two component polyurethane foam injection grout manufacture to be site fixed in ratio 10:1 (10 part base, 1 part hardener) that shall be injected with mechanically piston driven pump with maximum pressure upto 250 bar or foam shall be based on MDI (methylene Diphenyl isocynate) polyurethane pre polymer and accelerator. The system shall react when it comes in contact with water, producing a relatively stiff and insert polyurethane foam. It is a 10% solid and solvent free polyurethane grout for quick temporary closing and sealing of water bearing cracks, cavities and leak under hydrostatic pressure. The system shall foam to 30-40 times its value in the presence of water and can be an effective means of arresting running water and repairing the surface with polymer mortar at all heights.

Providing and injection of Dr. Fixit or Fosroc PU plain injection two component polyurethane plain injection grout manufacture to be site fixed in ratio 2:1 (2 part base, 1 part hardener) that shall be injected with mechanically piston driven pump with maximum pressure upto 250 bar or as per the requirement of the site at all distance of 300 c/c in all direction. The PU palin shall be low viscosity, high penetration quick setting and should form tough and flexible polyurethane rubber after complete chemical reaction with or without water.The system shall foam to 30-40 times its value in the presence of water and can be an effective means of arresting running water and repairing the surface with polymer mortar at all heights.

Providing and laying pf prepacked dual shrinkage compensated polymer modified micro- concrete like Master Emaco 5346 of BASF /Renderoc LA 55 of Fosroc /Sika Rep Microcrete -4 of Sika or equivalent material, complete as per direction of Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick prepolished Sadarhalli Grey! Cheema Pink Jhaloro Beige granite slab of sizes upto and including I 200X600mm on floor using 5mm thick approved thick bad adhesive as per specification over prepared base on 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 total aggregates - coarse sand and 10mm single sized aggregates) using 43 grade cement, water reducing admixture as per ISO 9103:1999 and jointing with white cement with matching colour pigment all complete (Colour of granite as approved by Engineer) In levelling course laid to proper slopes over screed base including base preparation, movement joint in screed as per specification with 10mm thick compressible filler to edge of screed! blockwork Junction with two parts polysulphkle sealant to top edge, drainage gullies as per approved section, curing, testing etc. all complete as per specifications and relevant drawings. Sorood shall be measured and paid extra as per flSR 2012 item no 4.1.6.

All charges towards silicon filling at platform supervisory gates, juntion of escalators & wall cladding/flooring, glass floor SS channel & granite stones and at locations as per direnciton of Engineer In charge at all stations including cleaning of joints all complete with all required manpower, material , consumables, tools & tackles all complete.

Providing and fixing of GRC jali 40mm thick in approved size, pattern,design, thickness and colour of M/S Unistone make or equivalent to be fixed on / between RCC/Block work, column or structuiral steel work with " DRY FIXING" method with stainless steel (SS-304) L shape clampes. dash fastners band pin , including anchoring, lifting,scaffolding etc. complete as per architechtural drawing and manufacture specification. The screns should be made from 53 grade White Portland cement manufacured by JK cement or equivalent quartz. Fine silica sand ,Alkali resistant glass fiber manufactured by BASF or equivalent and U.V. resistant. Synthetic inorganic pigment should be used for pigmentation manufactured by BAYFERROX (Germany) or equivalent the material casting should take palace in synthetic rubber /FRP mould manufactured by RCC or equivalent. All appropriate supporting stucture steel work shall be paid extra as per ndsr item no.-8 of this shedule.

Applying one coat (maximum 8sqm/ltr per coat with minimum 125 micron wet film thickness per coat) of two-part , high build, solvent free, water emulsified epoxy resin based anti-dust concrete sealer coating on fair-faced blockwork/brickwork and concrete surfaces inclusive of surface perepartation, over primer coat/initail coat as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and applying two coats of Unitile's Rodeo or Spectrum Perlina fine or Heritage Granule Surface Texture paint alter applying corresponding roller coat as primer on pre-plastered surface as per approved sample in approved shade. The composition of the texture paint should consist of ACRYLIC copolymer resigns combined with quartz silica, mineral aggregates synthetic inorganic pigments, bactericide, fungicides and various other additives, giving the product water repellant properties. The first coat to be applied by brush or wool roller as a base coat, diluted with sufficient water and the final coat (Undiluted) to be applied by trowel and finished with acrylic trowel to maintain with or without groves,as per details in drawings. The thickness of both coats should be 1.0 to 1.5mm, the water repellency of the product shah be 86gm/m2 as per test method IS:5410-1969, complete as per manufacture's specifications and instructions by Engineer in Charge at site.
