Testing and Commissioning charges including testing for the operations etc. for the new ACBs, testing for the operations and carrying out other required testing after installation and other works as above.

Air circuit breaker , 3 pole, 415V, AC of rating 800 Amperes, MDO type, with microprocessor release and with under voltage release Make- HPL

Charges for replacement/retrofitting/installation of 800 A ACB as above as per the details of work below:- a) Dismantling the existing complete outgoing ACBs from the chambers of the main LT panel including cradles and disconnecting the bus bar connections with the incoming supply and disconnecting outgoing connections as per the availability of shut down at site. b) Making and supply of base supports of size as suitable to the mounting of new ACB. Fixing of the same at the panel chamber as suitable for installation of the new ACB/their cardles. c) Dismantling the old door with and making/supply of new panel door made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet of suitable size duly painted and with cut out as suitable to the operation of new ACB. Fixing the new door at the chambers of the panel along with all required accessories. d) Installation of the new ACB cardle int he panel by the help of nuts bolts etc. in proper alignment for connecting the bus bars. Fixing the ACB in the cardle as per site requirement. e) Providing power supply to the new ACB by making the connections of the main bus bars with the incoming sides of the new 800 A ACB by rearrangement/modification/addition of bus bars in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per existing for retrofitting of ACB including bending and shaping of the bus bars as required. f) Making for renovation for outgoing supply of the new 800 A ACB by rearrangement/modification/addition of bus bars in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per existing including bending and shaping of the bus bars as required.
