Fixing of M.S. structure with nut bolt/fastener on flash mixture top chamber. The job includes loading & unloading of complete frame with the help of heavy manual labour arrangement.

Renovation of flash mixer gear box including replacement of gaskets, moving parts and hardware etc. As required. Remettalling/Machining of gear box shaft for fixing of coupler as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing of M.S angle of size 75x75x10mm inside deep well for holding the G.M/S.S bush with bush holder for free movement of vertical shaft. The job includes fixing of M.S plates of size 300x300x15mm at both ends of M.S. angle with the help of anchor bots etc. as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing off C or I-section MS beam of size 200mm inside deep well for holding the G.M bush with bush holder for free movement of vertical shaft. The job includes fixing of M.S plates of size 300x300x15mm at both ends of I-section beam with the help of anchor bots etc. as per site requirement.

Fixing of motor and gear box etc. & making proper alignment for smooth operation of the Flash Mixer.

Making of M.S Grill on top of flash mixture chamber. Made out of M.S angle of size 65X65x6mm for vertical support & 40mm dia pipe for horizontal support.

Providing of PVC/XLPE insulated electrical cable 4CX25 Sq. Motor working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts to IS:1554 (Part-I)1998/7098 with Aluminium conductor ISI marked cable. Make:- Grandlay/Gloster/Havells/Polycab/As DJB approved.

Providing of Low voltage grade upto 1100 V cable of size 4CX10 Sq. Mm copper conductor, PVC insulated XLPE cable. Make Gloster/Grandlay.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle). 7.7.1

Dismantling of damaged MS bar jaal and fixing of new MS jaal made out from MS bar 16 mm thick on the top of flash mixer chamber.

Providing and fixing of modular/ combinable polycarbonate insulated outdoor type feeder panel housing shock proof, weather proof, rust proof, UV resistant, halogen free, silicone free, corrosion proof, protection class: II safe, IP 65 according to IEC 61 439-2, IEC 60 999, DIN EN 50 262, DIN 43 880, IEC 60 529/ DIN VDE 0470 Teil 1, the DB should have ASTA Certification by CPRI and manufacturer routine Test Certificate should be provided, totally insulated, having internal embedded gasket with provision of cable entry through glands. The panel board should have following control panel MCB and accessories etc complete with connections & Interconnections etc as required. Note 1: For mounting of meters, indicating lights & push button only box with hinged door with triangular lid to be used. Note 2: For mounting of 7.5 HP star delta starter MS angle frame should be hot dipped galvanized and made out of MS angle of size 35 X 35 X 5 mm with all required material/arrangement as per site requirement. Fabrication & fixing of Fibre glass sheet shed on the 2 Nos. flash mixtures in order to protect the motor, gear box & other equipments from rain to avoid these equipments getting rust and moisture. The job includes supply of M.S. pipe of 40 mm dia up to the height of 78" at one side welded with the M.S. grill support and other sides support will be welded on the M.S. plate fixed on the R.C.C. structure with the help of fasteners and making roof structure with the help of squire M.S. pipe of size 25 mm so that fibre glass sheet can be fixed on the M.S. structure with the help of fasteners.

Spray Painting of gear box, motor, MS structure etc with high gloss paint. Make:- Asian/Berger/Nerolac.

Trial run for testing of flash mixture on load.
