Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of staff to work at height of clarifier and in the deep well outside the clarifier such as Safety belts, safety shoes, gloves, helmets etc as per site requirement.

Arrangement of plates, balli, planks, chain block, chains etc. and making arrangement of temporary support for walls in the excavated well, so that workers can work safely in the well.

Removal of old cable from the G.I. pipe, below the clarifier’s bottom surface with the help of heavy manual labour/Chain pulley block and cleaning of M.S. pipe with the help of rust removal chemicals and with water pressure.

Drawing of new 4 X 10 sq. mm PVC cable in the existing G.I. underground pipe, below the clarifier’s bottom surface with the help of Heavy manual labour/Chain pulley block etc in very cautionary manner to prevent the cable of any damage/harm.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire in double running(80mtrs. approx.) in the existing 100 mm dia. G.I. pipe below the clarifier structure along with new feeder cable for supporting the cable at the time of drawing and for earthing purpose, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 100 mm Dia. G.I. pipe of 18 feet on the new G.I. bend in the excavated well and drawing of 4 X 25 sq. mm PVC cable & 6 SWG G.I. wire through it up to the ground level. This includes making connection of cable to the existing MCB box, installed outside the clarifier. The cable from the 100 mm dia. G.I. pipe upto the MCB box should be drawn through G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia.

Providing & Fixing of slipring with complete carbon bush set by using of nut bolts (as per existing). Making of connection of the cable on the new slipring and from slipring to the control panel of the flocculator and Bridge.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. (DSR 2018 item no.5.6)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm). (DSR 2018 item no.5.9)

Supplying and fixing of 63 amp 6 way Bus Bar Chamber Box made out of 1.6mm thick Sheet steel duly painted with powder coating. Including making connections of 1 No. Incoming and 2no. outgoing cables to starters of the flocculator and Bridge.

SITC of modular/ combinable polycarbonate insulated outdoor type feeder panel housing,shock proof, weather proof, rust proof, UV resistant, halogen free, silicone free, corrosion proof, protection class: II safe, IP 65 according to IEC 61 439-2, IEC 60 999, DIN EN 50 262, DIN 43 880, IEC 60 529/ DIN VDE 0470 Teil 1 totally insulated, having internal embedded gasket with provision of cable entry through glands.The panel board should have following control panel MCB and accessories etc complete with connections & Interconnections etc as required. Note 1: For mounting of meters, indicating lights & push button only box with hinged door with triangular lid to be used. Note 2: For mounting of 5 HP DOL starter MS angle frame should be hot dipped galvanized and made out of MS angle of size 35 X 35 X 5 mm with all required material/arrangement as per site requirement. The Panel should consist of the followings:- (a) 18 A, TP, power contactor (MNX 18, L&T) - 1 No (b) 1 NO + 1 NC side mounting add - on aux. contact block (L&T) - 1 No. (c) 6 - 10 A thermal over load relay (L&T) - 1 No. (d) Single phasing preventer (L&T) - 1 No. (e) 16 A, FP, 10 kA, MCB (L&T) - 1 No (f) LED indicating lights red, Yellow,Blue & green (L&T) - 6nos. (g) Push Button with element (L&T) - 2 Nos. (h) 6 A SP MCB (L&T) - 1 No. (i) 32 A, 3 way open connector - 1 No. (j)Digital 3 phase VAF meter (L&T)- 1 No. (k) 50/ 5 A, 5 VA, 5.0 class current transformer (AE)- 3 No.

Laying of 4 X 10 sq. mm cable upto both the starter panels of flocculator and bridge with the help of M.S. Clamps under the Clarifier bridge structure by following all the precautions and safety manual as the work is to be carried out at height about 20 feet.

Tractor with trolley (DSR 2019 item no.0039) Note :- 1. Above hire - charges (from item code 0001 to 0083) include cost of services of operating staff, Cost of lubricating oil, diesel / Petrol/ Kerosene oil , other consumables for running the plant and machinery and excluding GST. 2. The hire charges of plant machinery on per day basis are for single shift of eight working hours.

Testing and Commissioning of the complete system for satisfactory operation.
