Laying and fixing work of MS pipe of 100mm dia in the ground upto the depth of 2.5ft down i/c digging work of ground upto the depth of 2.5ft down for laying the MS pipe with all jointing carefully.

Digging and laying work or surface laying for PVC insulated power cable by digging of earth by manual labour upto the required depth, sand cushioning and protective covering of power cable in the trench etc & refilling the trenches after completion of laying work as per site requirement.

Making of RCC foundation for fixing of M.S. Base frame of pump set with grouting of foundation bolts for base Frame as per site requirement. Including the charges of labour and civil material.

Making of RCC foundation for fixing of panel as per the height required at site and fixing of nut bolts Including the charges of labour and civil material.

Fabrication and fixing of canopy for electric panel for safety from the rain water. The canopy fabricated by MS angle of size 25x25x3mm and fiber sheet i/c nut bolts and other hardware goods as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of new base frame for pump set of size 17”x45” fabricated by MS channel of size 100x50x50mm i/c cutting, welding, grinding and finishing etc as per job requirement.

SITC of modular/combinable Polycarbonate insulated outdoor type housing shock proof, Weather proof, rust proof, UV resistant, Halogen free, silicone free, protection class: II safe, IP 65 according to IEC 61 439-2, IEC 60 999, DIN EN 50 262, DIN 43 880, IEC 60 529/DIN VDE 0470 Teil I, the DB should have ASTA certification by CPRI and manufacturer routine Test Certificate should be provided, totally insulated, having internal embedded gasket with provision of cable entry through glands. The panel board should have following control panel MCB and accessories etc. complete with connections & interconnections etc. as required. Note 1: for mounting of metering & outgoing MCBs only box with hinged door with triangle lid to be used. Note 2: For mounting of 10HP FASD feeder pillar MS angle frame should be hot dipped galvanized and made out of MS angle of size 35 x 35 x 5 mm at the bottom as per site requirement. Note 3: All indicating lights and measuring instrument shall be protected by suitable MCB. Renovation of complete pumps by replacing of their bearings, damaged body studs, gland packing , GM sleeve, bearing lock, chucknut for impeller etc and greasing / oiling and making proper alignment for smooth running. i/c Repairing of shaft by making of bearing seats on both side and impeller seat on front side at shaft by remateling and machining with complete finishing for accurate size of bearing and impeller

Fabrication & fixing of Fibre glass sheet shed on the scour pump in order to protect the motor, pump from rain to avoid these equipment getting rust and moisture. This includes supply of M.S. pipe of 25mm dia upto the height of 40” fixing of fibre glass sheet on the roof M.S structure with the help of fasteners.

Installation charges of above all items including foot valve, coupling, packing sheet, sluice valve, welding of flanges with pipe, bend, tee etc. connecting of pipe line with pump set along with above all items as per requirement of site.

Painting & primer charges of complete system with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint as per required shade.Make of paint & primer:- Berger / Asian / Nerolac / DJB Approved.

Testing & commissioning charges of complete system on full load.
