Renovation/repair of titled/damaged Under Sluice Gate No. 3 of barrage at wazirabad water works. The Gate should be repaired which includes cutting, welding, grinding, finishing, drilling and leveling and balancing as per requirement The work also includes leveling of Gate by cutting its old plates and after leveling by its pullaer/press machine should be welded in its correct positon. It also includes changing of side and bottom rubber seal of that titled stop log including supply of GI nut bolt, washer and rubber packing required. The work also includes of making arrangement of holding Gates at different level for fixing of rubber and placement in groove. The work is also includes for providing services of under water divers and gantry crane operator for its testing under water after placement of stop log gates in position of different groves of U.S gates ie all T& P such as diving air control panel, diving suit, compresser, oxygen cylinder etc and other under water equipment requires at site for completing the work for testing commisiong, cutting, welding etc ie. Transportation, loading, unloading etc as requirement

Taking out of damaged C.I. guide track after cutting, welding and chipping by expert under water labour on framed proper working platform with proper apparatus tools etc. for under sluice gate no. 3

Repairing of damaged worn out guide track pier the work includes Providing services of underwater divers with gantry operator to carry out the various works under deep water on stop log gate at wazirabad water works for cleaning the surface of the bend grooves of both the ends where stop log gate is to be rest under deep water, which includes lowering/lifting of log gates by making proper arrangements of lifting boom , changing of hook under deep water with the help of other equipment that are required at the site and when the same rests under the bend of the grooves the sealing/making leak proof of stop log gates is to be done under deep water. The Divers team will be equipped with diving equipment such Diving air control panel, diving suit, compressor, oxygen cylinder etc. and other under water equipment required as per site Condition.
