Fixing of M.S. structure on flash mixture top chamber. The job includes loading & unloading of complete frame with the help of heavy manual labour arrangement.

Overhauling of gear box including replacement of all gaskets, hardware etc. drilling of hole in gear box shaft for fixing of coupler as per site requirement.

Making & supply of G.M/S.S bush with bush holder as per sample.

Making & supply of S.S shaft of size 50 mm x 2.45mtr as per sample.

Making & supply of S.S coupler for joining of gear box with main shaft.

Making & supply of fan suitable for above shaft as per sample.

Supply of tyre coupling TC-12. Make: fenner/Hitech/Unique/Lovejoy

Charges for coupling bore as per the dia of motor & gear box shaft, cutting of key way & providing of key.

P/F of M.S angle of size 75x75x10mm inside deep well for holding the G.M/S.S bush with bush holder for free movement of vertical shaft. The job includes fixing of M.S plates of size 300x300x15mm at both ends of M.S.angle with the help of anchor bots etc.as per site requirement.

P/F off I-section beam of size 200mm inside deep well for holding the G.M/S.S bush with bush holder for free movement of vertical shaft. The job includes fixing of M.S plates of size 300x300x15mm at both ends of I-section beam with the help of anchor bots etc.as per site requirement.

Making of M.S Grill on top of flash mixture chamber. Made out of M.S angle of size 75 x75 x 6mm for vertical support & 40mm dia pipe for horizontal support.

fabrication & fixing of Fiber glass sheet shed on the 2 Nos.flash mixtures in order to protect the motor,gear box & other equipments from rain to avoid these equipments getting rust and moisture. The includes supply ofM.S. pipe of 40 mm dia upto the height of 78" at one side welded with the M.S. grill support and other side,s support will be welded on the M.S. plate fixed on the R.C.C. structure with the help of fasteners and making roof structure with the help of squire M.S. pipe of size 25 mm so that fiber glass sheet can be fixed on the M.S. structure with the help of fasteners.

Painting of gear box, motor, foundation, electric panel with suitable colour code as per DJB & testing & commissioning of complete flash mixture.
