Meter, volt meter, current transformer 150/5, metering, MCCB 160 amp for incomer with copper extension link for incoming and outgoing cable connection with motor and starter enclosure with canopy made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet totally enclosed size 600 mm X 750 mm X 350 mm, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets with IP 54 protection & MS angle stand in 50 mm 5 mm thick duly painted in black color. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized. The bus-bar support insulator will be made of materials such as SMC/DMC. The bus bar will be covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral. The bus-bar support insulator made of non-deteriorating, vermin proof, non hygroscopic materials such as SMC/DMC. Make of Starter: - Advance/Bentex. Make of MCCB:- L&T, Siemens, C&S.

Dismantling of old damaged structure/enclosure at site by removing cable connection and shifting the same. Fixing/grouting of the MS angle stand and enclosure at site at convenient height to operate suitably by welding or nut bolts as required at site with necessary civil work. Fitting of the starter panel on MS angle stand through welding or nut bolt as per site requirement, making cable connection with thimble, tapping etc re-dressing of cable wherever required.
