Horizontal split casing clear water pump of 77 LPS discharge at 35 meter head with C.I. impeller and SS shaft suitable to couple with 50 HP, 1450 rpm, 3 phase, 415 volt TEFC motor. The pump should be along with MS facbricated base plate for installation of pump/set and coupling type of suitable with MS facbricated base plate for installation of pump/set and coupling type of suitable size. MAKE: Pump: Kirloskar / M&P /Jyoti.

PVC insulated (heavy duty) single-core un armoured copper conductor cables for working voltage up-to and including 1100 volts of 16 cross section. Make: Grandlay/ Gloster/ CCI.

Dismantling of two 20 hp p/sets by cutting of horizontal suction line with gas cutter inside the underground reservoir and dismantling the foot valve. Dismantling of existing suction and delivery line outside the reservoir by cutting the nut bolts with help of gas cutter. Dismantling the existing pump and motor, by cutting of nut bolts from base frame, de-coupling the pump & motor and disconnecting the electric connections of motor. Fixing new P/set on base frame. Any civil work requirements needed for fixing of pump/set on base frame grouted in foundation. Making connections, Installing foot valve, Non-return valve, sluice valve, reducer & fixing of flanges, welding of joints, tightening of nut bolts etc. with new pipe in suction and delivery system, all tools & tackles, loading & unloading i/c safety equipment & other precautions, testing & commissioning. The job to be done on turn-key basis and any item not mentioned above but required to complete the work will be provided by the contractor.

Dismantling of existing charging system, galvanized pipes, from charging pump and suction line. Fixing of new charging pump by making any necessary minor civil work required. Installation of galvanized pipe with fittings like elbow, union and flange required for connection. The job to be done on turn-key basis and any item not mentioned above but required to complete the work will be provided by the contractor.

Dismantling of 50 hp pump/set along with suction delivery valves, with help of gas cutter or heavy labour, by cutting of nut bolts from base frame, de-coupling the pump & motor and disconnecting the electric connections of motor. Fixing new P/set on base frame. Any civil work requirements needed for fixing of pump/set on base frame grouted in foundation. Adjusting of pump with existing old motor by fixing pump-motor on base frame, coupled both motor-pump and making connection. The job to be done on turn-key basis and any item not mentioned above but required to complete the work will be provided by the contractor.
