Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Making arrangement for sharing support to side of the trench by providing/driving/installing in position by driving of ISMB 300x100mm at 1.20 c/c with guide angle/iron of size 125x100mm up to depth of 2.0m lower than excavation level of trench upto design depth fixing/placing M.S. plate in between I.S.M.B. guide welded M.S. plate having from of angle 40x40x5mm and 1.5mm thick 18gauge M.S. plate at the suitable length and width on each face of the suitable length and width on each face of the trench I.S.M.B. shall be started by propped or 50 nos M.S. plate of 1.5 mtr c/c nuts, bolts, plates to be complete the system i/c removal of retired arrangement after laying of sewer line in part of a whole detail as per drawing.

Supply stacking and laying of stone soling i/c packing with smaller stones and consolidating with steel hammer i/c spreading and consolidating of blinding material moorum or earth etc. complete (payment to be made for quality of only stone soling used after deducting voids excluding binding material.

Plugging of the existing sewer line and Manhole with 2 Nos. MS sheet 6 mm thick with angle iron frame and braces shutters to beshut with wooden struts and filling the manhole with empty cement (PVC) bags filled up with earth up to suitable depth to avoid leakage the sewerage on the u/s side to be pumped with suitable nos. and capacity of pumps, till the work is completed so as to keep reduce the pressure to be required extent to the plugged manhole. Necessary arrangement to be made for pumping of any leakage noticed in the manhole or to re-plug in the case of heavy leakage. The steel shutters and the earth filled PVC cement bags shall be removed after the completion of work and then the manhole shall be de-silted. 1400 mm dia

Hire charges of pump set for pumping out water capacity @ 4000 litres/hour i/c cost of service of operating staff and supply of lubricanting oil complete as directed by Engineer in charge.(700+1%+15%+ GST +1%)

Extra per meter depth of 6'-0" dia or 1.829 meter circular manhole built in brick work with extruded burnt sewer bricks confirming to IS 4885-1988 in curved in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand.) 12mm thick cement plaster both inside and out side with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) and inside plaster to be finished with a floating coat of neat cement all complete as per departmental drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(cost of P/F plastic encapsulated foot rest shall be paid separately).Beyond detail for 3.81 mtr " up to IL 6.096 mtr depth ( 12'6" to 20'0" ) (cement required 3.5.06 qtl / meter depth).

Providing orange colour sefety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS :10910 on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS :1786 having minimum cross section as 23 mm x 25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projectioins on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacture's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing,including fixing in manholes with 30 x 20 x 15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per design:

Supplying and stacking at site precast concrete manhole cover with steel fibre of ISI mark confirming to I.S.:12592 Part-I of EHD-35 with matching frame of class EHD-35 I.S. 12592 Part-II with 875 mm external dia and clear 560mm internal dia. 880 + 1% W/C +GST+15%+1%

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m .

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking: Building rubbish upto 10kms.

Hiring of super sucker machine and jetting machine having sufficient capacity for effective depth upto 10 mtr. i.c 20 H.P. submersibble pump set with electric panel board 62.5 KVA disel generator set and suction hose pipe with all fittings i/c cost of manpower ( 1 no. qualified engineer, 2 nos drivers, 4nos S.G. Beldar and 2 no. operator) and cost of disel, lubricants mobilization charges etc. all complete as per sepecification of Engineer in charge for 8 hrs. shift per day.

Hire & running charges of crane 20 Tone Capacity.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : foundations, footings , bases of columns etc for mass concrete

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
