Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast consideration the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/Sq Mtr. At 2.5 Meter depth with all materials and labour. . Size: 1mtrX 1 mtrX 2.5mtr . ( 12 mm & 10 mm TMT bar (@ 45 kq/sq mtr)

Erection of the high mast with the help crane and suitable tools & tackles, foundation bolt, wiring & fixing of luminaries on pole with all materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed Flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 Sq. mm, lugs etc. i/c all labour. The job also includes fixing of MCB in control box, fixing of MCB DP ( and its connections with existing main switch) as taken above and connections of luminaries with control box with copper cable and from control box to main MCB DP with the help of aluminum cable with required thimbling, tapping etc as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr long 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc, with charcoal and salt as reqd. 5.2

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required. 5.7

Supply / Fabrication of L T Panel Board cubical type, floor dust & vermin preventing construction, of the minimum size 300 mm, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWG CRCA (frame of 14 SWG), with provisions for cable entry from boitom having chambers as- incomer chambers . The panel shoa' separate cable alleys and bus bar alleys.lt should be suitable operation and maintenance from the front and having removable at the back and having doors complete with locks etc. at the front for each chamber. The rating of main bus bars has to be 300 three phases and half for the neutral in Aluminium construction sleeved with phase indicating heat shrinkable Sleeves.
