Installation of 120 HP Submersible pump set in the sump well with required material handling equipments with all safety precautions for installation in the deep sump well by the help of heavy labour. The job includes erection the complete pipeline, bend with hardware goods on each joint. The job includes connecting the delivery line of the submersible pump with the existing header line by using above tapered piece and also includes arrangement of other required material and tool and tackles for connecting in proper manure and Fixing all above electrical items, laying of cables & making all electrical connection from motor, LT Panel, Soft Starter, thimbing & taping in all respect with the help of skilled labor in all respect as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting the complete pipeline, valve, tapered piece, starter stand etc. with two coats of anti corrosive paint.

Testing & commissioning of above system first at NO LOAD &then at ON LOAD and calibration of relays for its proper operating as per the satisfaction of engineer in engineer.
