LT Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2 mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust & vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP-54 protection .The each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipments of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar Size: 50 mm X 10 mm (suitable for 400 Amp.) of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminium. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a ferrule crimped to the wire. Size of Panel : 1800 mm (Length) x 1600 mm (Height) x 375 mm (Width) . Having following components of approved make. The panel board shall be mounted on the base frame of 1 feet height made of 60x60x6mm angle iron frame.

Fixing of the above components in LT panel enclosure with terminal blocks, channels, ferrules, thimble, support insulator on bus bar required hard wares, control wiring in 1.5 sq mm single copper wire complete in all respect.

Dismantling of old panel, structure ,damaged components and insulation of the panel at site by making foundation, termination of cable both incoming and out going side ,meggaring of complete panel, including cable connections .Taking out all the dismantled items from the LT Panel room and shifting the same to safe place as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. This includes cartage ,loading and unloading by crane or heavy labour etc.

Fixing of Sluice Valves, NRV, Football, Taper , Gap Piece & Flanges etc. & Fixing of MS base frame on the RCC foundation and tightening with foundation Nut Bolts. Fixing of Electric pump set on the MS base frame, make proper alignment and tightening the same with the help of required arrangements.

Testing and commissioning of the motor Pump sets along with complete LT Panel at No Load & Full Load prior to switching on as follow :- 1. Continuity and earth testing, 2. Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth, 3. Checking for all tightness of nut and bolts, 4. Complete system at no load and full load.
