Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to all height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work

Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead (a) 100 mm dia pipe

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes : 100 mm dia, Sand cast iron S&S pipe as per IS: 1729

Providing lead caulked joints to sand cast iron/centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes and fittings of diameter : 100 mm

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work : 100 mm diameter pipes

Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture over and including a priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work : 100 mm diameter pipes

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes : 110 mm diameter

Structural steel work riverted, bolted or welded in built up section, truses & framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead (a)Thickness up to 40 mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling grit wash plaster for all heights on exterior walls in multistoreyed buildings including checking the adjoining surface area for loose panels sounding hollow with hammer, taking all safety precautions and safe gaurds from falling debries, disposal of malba with in 50m lead but excluding the cost of scaffolding.

Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge. Wooven PVC cloth

Providing and fixing, 6mm thick plywood covering panels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge fixing with necessary bolt to shield, window, door etc to protect from falling debris i/c removing the same and taking away the material after completion of work including making good any accidental damages to the existing building or its finishing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls all heights above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove

Providing and fixing factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC(Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white colour board Jali, CNC(Computer numeric control) routed of approved design by Engineer-in-charge which are machine cut for duct/shaft covering, partitions and facades comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium corbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properties of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing on M.S (mild steel) frame made of 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm square hollow box section including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, placed at grid made at 1.0 x 1.0 m or as per requirement at site with necessary stainless steel fasteners and SS screws etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: M.S (mild steel) framework with priming coat shall be paid separately.

Providing and fixing single equal plain junction of required degree with access door, insertion rubber washer 3 mm thick, bolts and nuts complete. : 100x100x100 mm : Sand cast iron S&S as per IS - 1729

Providing and fixing / replacing rubber insertions for Sand cast iron S& S as per IS - 1729 in 100mm dia pipe access door, complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Deduction of scrap received from dismantling of soil waste and vent pipes (SCI pipes/CI pipes from the site of work).

Deduction of scrap received from dismantling of old steel frame work from the site of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
