Note: 1 The agency must attend the site within 24 hrs. of information communicated through any mode of communication, otherwise penalty of Rs. 500 per incident will be lived on the agency. 2 If any challan or fine were received in this office on account of any voilation related to this work from any Govt. Authorities, then same shall be borne by the agency itself. 3 Agency shall be solely responsible for any unwanted incident occurs at the site due to digging of road/footpath coming under the alignment of repair of STP line. 4 The agency shall submit before and after photographs of work executed at site. 5 The agency must submit the progress of work on weekly basis in form of weekly progress report, non-compliance of same will result in a penalty of 500 per week. 6. 6. The agency must clear off all the malba/debris from the site after the repair work but if the agency fails to clear the site after the work then a penalty of Rs. 5000/- per incident shall be lived on the agency. 7) Rate is inclusive of all T & P such as broom, phyenyl, soap and nepthalene balls, toilets brush etc. 8) Agency shall fix the display board "USE OF PUBLIC TOILET IS FREE OF COST". 9) The agency shall submit the videography and GPS photographs of the work executed before and after the work on daily basis, failing which a penalty of Rs. 2000 per day shall be imposed as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 10) If any challan is received in this office on any day by NGT/DCC/CPCB/Local authority or any govt. agency then the same shall be born by the agency and if fails, the amount of challan shall be recovered from the bill of the agency. Nothing extra shall be paid to the agency on this account.
