Supplying and replacement/Installation of pole connector box made out of glass rein- forced polyster sheet moulding compound confirming to IS 13410-1992 grade S-1 of nominal inner dimension 240mm(H) x 130mm(W) x 95mm(D) all the corner of the box should be round suitable to mount on 65mm dia GI pole with following accessories in box complete as required. (a) 2 nos. M.S clamp made out of 19mm x 3mm GI strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole (b) Water tight front cover with stainless steel hinged & screw for tighting. (c) 6 ampr.SP MCB of 10 KA :C" seriesincluding mounting arrangement- 1No. (d) 4 way, 220v , 30Amp, dough moulded connector(SMC) with stainless inserts. (e) Suitable size hole at suitable location on wall for cable & wire entry. (f)Earth bolts M 6 x 20mm.

Supplying and replacement/Installation with testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting/ luminare achiveing minimum 4950 lumen and fitting not more than 45 watt on the existing pole complete with LED's driver and all other acceseries i/c making connection etc. as reqd. as per term and condition .

Providing , laying & fixing following dia GI pipe(medium class) in ground complete with G.I fittings, including trenching (75cm deep) and re-filling etc are required. (a) 80mm dia

Supplying of following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured Aluminum condutor LT cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c testing etc as required

2c x 16sq mm.

4c x 25sq mm.

Laying of one No PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground i/c excavation, sand cushioning, protective, covering and refilling the trench etc. as reqd. (a) Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying of 1 No PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/Hume/Stoneware/Metal Pipe as reqd. (a) Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing trench for loop as reqd. a) upto35sq.mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/cable etc as required.

Fabrication, supplying and fixing of wire mesh protection guard made out of 10 SWG wire suitable for 45 watt LED street light fitting as approved by Engineer-in- charge completed etc. as reqd.

Supplying and drawing of 3c x 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper condutor 3 core cable in the existing pole etc as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insultated copper conductor, single core cable in the exisiting surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 1) 1x1.5 sq.mm

Supplying, replacement testing and commisioning of floor mounted feeder pillar double door cubical pannel board of size 1000mm x 900mm x 300mm deep with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet having hinged gasket cover and screw type knob with double locking arrangement and rain protection cover mounted on MS angle iron base frame made out of 35mm x 35mm x 5mm angle iron along with one meter long legs grouted in ground with 1:3:6 C.C foundation and should be 0.6 mtr above ground level as per drawing approved by engineer in charge. Legs should be covered with brick wall, connection, inter connection with suitable size PVC insulated copper condutor wire using thimbles where ever required. Painting after applying a coat of primer, numbering including supplying and fixing of following accessories etc complete as required. Supplying and fixing of anti climbing device on existing 65 mm dia GI pole clamp made out of MS strip size 30mm x5mm and 10 mm. MS rods 30cm long -12 Nos. each fixed on 30 degree in circular shape on the clamp i/c nut, bolt painting etc complete as approved by Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and fixing 25mmx5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for conneciton etc as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode I/C connection with GI nut bolt, spring, washer, excavation, re-filling etc. as required.

Fabrication, Supplying and replacement with installation of wire mesh protection cover guard made out of 8 SWG (nominal) MS wiremesh of size (25 mm x 80 mm nominal) following size with MS angle iron base frame made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 1.0 Mtr long leg of same angle iron with front doors made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6mm and MS strip for support of size 40mm x 6mm as per drawing including providing , supplying and fixing of godowan lock including locking arrangement, duly welded the parts , painting and grouted in ground with 1: 2: 4 (1 cement; 2 coarse sand; 4 graded stone aggregate) Cement concrete foundation etc as per direction & approved by Engineer in-charge.
