Servicing of 250 KVA D.G Set having ‘CUMMINS” make engine of Model “ NTA-855- G”, including supplying and replacement of 40 Ltrs. Mobile Oil of Grade 15W-40, coolant, fuel filter, lub oil filter, super by-pass filter, air cleaner elements (inner& outer), ‘O’ Rings, shut down coil, AVR and on load testing after servicing etc. as required.

Servicing of 30 KVA D.G Set having “Kirloskar” make air cooled engine of model “RA-494” including supplying and replacement of 15 Ltrs. Mobile Oil of 15W-40 grade, Oil filters, Coolant, Diesel Filter, Diesel Tank 100 liter, fuel pump and Nozzle calibration, self repair and servicing and on load testing after servicing etc. as required.

Supplying and replacement of following rating of Switch disconnector fuse units alongwith HRC fuses etc. in the eisting panel board etc. as required. (a) 200 Amp TP & N

(b) 125 Amp TP & N

(c) 63 Amp TP & N

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1KV grade including connections and testing etc. as required. (a) 2 Core x 16 Sq. mm

(c) 4 Core x 50 Sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, and refiling the trench etc. as required but excluding sand cushioning, protective covering. (a) Upto 35 Sq. mm

(b) Above 35 Sq. mm and upto 95 Sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes in the existingRCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 Sq. mm

(b) Above 35 Sq. mm and upto 95 Sq. mm

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 2 x 16 sq.mm

(c ) 4 x 50 sq.mm

Supplying and Installation of following items /accessories suitable for single phase 220/230 V A.C. electric supply including connection testing etc. as required. (a) 45 Watt LED street light fitting IP : 66 with lenses and suitable protection cover on the existing path lighting pole.

(b) 60 Watt LED flood light fitting IP : 66 with lenses and suitable protection cover on the existing 6 mtr pole.

(b) 80 Watt LED flood light fitting IP : 66 with lenses and suitable protection cover on the existing semi high mast pole.

Supplying,Replacement, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar with floor mounted Light control LT feeder pillar cubical type double door of size of 800 mm x 800mm x 400 mm deep duly compartmentalized and with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having hinged gasket cover and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers 100 mm and supported with of MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm x 1mtr. long grouted with 1:3:6 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles wherever required, painting, numbering i/c supply and fixing of following accessories complete etc. as required. Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Lifting out of sewage submersible pump set from the bore well up to the required depth alongwith existing GI pipe, sub. Cable & accessories etc. i/c dismantling of G.I pipe and disconnecting the cable etc. complete as reqd.

Lowering & commissioning of sewage sub. pump set in the bore well up to the required depth along with existing G.I pipe and sub. cable etc., water proof jointing of sub. cable, replacement of reqd. nuts, bolts, washers and packing, nipple, reducer etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and replacement of PVC sheathed, PVC insulated copper conductor flat submersible cable of size 1 x 3 x2.5 sq. mm i/c connection testing etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying & replacement of following size of double flanged GI pipe 'B' class duly threaded & welded with necessary pipe fittings, bends, elbow etc. complete as reqd.a)50 mm dia.

Repairing & rewinding of 3 Ph., 415V mono sub. pump set of following capacity with cartage, dismantling of wornout/damaged parts, reassembling, supply & replacememt / repairing of damaged parts of pump set/motor and making good for operation i/c connection, testing, painting etc. complete as reqd. a) From 7.5 to 10 HP mono sub. pump set

Repairing & rewinding of 3 phase, 415V, 1440 RPM, 40 HP, induction motor i/c supplying & replacement of suitable ball bearing-2 Nos.(SKF), Connection Plate-1 No. i/c baking, varnishing, dismantling, cartage, refixing, connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Repairing and servicing of sewage treated water pump set (model SHM 100/26 Kirloskar make) i/c supplying and replacement of following parts i/c dismantling and labour, cartage, refixing, commissioning, testing etc. complete as reqd. a) Remetaling & repairing of pump shaft i/c turning & grinding etc. ---1 Job b) S/R of ball bearing (No. 6309)--2 Nos.(SKF) c) S/R of gland sleeve S.S --1 set. d) S/R of gland plate --1 set. e) S/R of Gland stud--2 No. f) S/R Impeller nut-----1 No. g) S/R of complete set of body studs-- 1 set.
