Supplying, erection,testing and commissioning of HOT Dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 8 mtr height and made out of 3 mm thick sheet PCD 270 mm having bottom 130 mm A/F & top 70 mm A/F with built in connector box of size 500 mm x 120 mm with ring of minimum 200 mm Long made of 3 mm thick Sheet for anti theft arrangement at 1500 mm height from base plate, M.S base plate of size 270 mm x 270mm x 20 mm thick, single overhang bracket made of 3.60 mm thick G.I pipe with 400 mm long top galvanized tube of suitable dia to fittings, on existing RCC foundation having 4 nos. M-24x750mm long (150 mm top threaded portion),G.I foundation bolts(L Type) & nuts (EN 8-grade) with 3 Nos. and 2 Nos. washer, along with 2 Nos. templates/Anchor plate of size 270 mm x 270 mm x 3 mm thick,, making connections, interconnections with suitable size of copper wire with thimble/lugs in the connector box, earthing, marking, numbering of pole etc. complete as per drawing & technical specifications attached including following accessories mounted on inbuilt control box having flush cover with 2 nos mounting strips with tapped holes:- (a). 6 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet/ bakelite sheet inside the window mounted on the existing mounting strips inside the flush door. (b).Supply & fixing 40 amp terminal block suitable for 16 sq. mm conductor- 4 nos. & shorting links-5 nos. on DIN Channel i/c pdg and fixing DIN channel of suitable length- 2 nos. on existing laminated sheet (c)terminal suitable for 6 SWG G.I Wire/1.5 sq. mm wire (d) 6 Amp, SP MCB,10 KA, ‘C’ Series – 1 nos. including mounting on din channel, earth stud 2 nos. welded at suitable height i/c washers & nuts etc. (e). Suitable arrangement for saddling of incoming / outgoing cables s i/c lugs/thimbles etc as required.

Providing and laying in position, M25 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 500mm long x 500mm wide and 1400 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, refilling, providing cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 12 mm dia. 1600 mm long (approx.)-8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia. 2000 mm long (approx.)-8 Nos. (With 150 mm spacing) i/c centering & shuttering as required positioning of foundation bolts and providing 90 mm (OD) 2 Nos. DWC pipe 1 mtr long each for cable entry and exit etc complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting (IP-66 protection) of following rating complete with pressure die cast aluminium housing with all accessories including making connection, testing etc complete as required and as per technical specification attached. a) LED street light fixture of 120 watt and lumens output not less than 14400
