15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : (a) Raised and cut pointing sqm.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a)New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: a)Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a)Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. a)In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a)All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a)1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Cutting bajri paths and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of brick aggregate, moorum and red bajri required.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : a)25 mm thick.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Brick work with flyash lime bricks (FALG Bricks)(non modular) Conforming to IS 12894- 1989 Class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). a)Overhead informatory road signage

Providing double stand plastic branded dustbin manufactured from standard manufacturer like Nilkamal or equivalent with the following criteria ● Size:- 800x800mm(T) X 600x600mm(B) X 900mm (Ht.) (Approx.) ● Main frame:- made of branded square pipe with high standard wire gauge & Tensile strength. ● Capacity-60 Ltrs. each (Pair of 2 nos. dustbins) ● Components:- Srews & Hinges to be used and at the contact points to enchance its security. ● Accessories:- All nut & bolts, hinges as per IS stanbdards approved & used for assembly will be ISI approved of Galvanized iron/ MS with High tensile strength. ● Colour:- Blue+ Olive Green. ● Paint:- All assembly should be painted with anti-corrosive paint to give smooth surface to the assembly. The work should be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, placing and fixing of precast cement concrete chair type bench in RED COLOUR FINISH with back rest manufactured from standard manufacturer like KK or equivalent with the following criteria:- ● Each bench consists of 2 Nos. L-shape base support in grey cement color (Thickness-100mm, Back height-1000mm, Front height-450mm, Base width-620mm) and 5 Nos. reinforced concrete planks in red color of size 1500mm X 100mm X 50mm, and 1 No. of reinforced concrete plant of size 1500mm X 200mm X 50mm. ● Overall Dimensions: Seating length of the Bench-1500mm; Seating height of the Bench-450mm; Total height of the Bench-1000mm. ● All components are reinforced suitably for long use and to prevent damage during handling, transportation, and erection. ● All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts & bolts of suitable size and all bolts are sealed after assembly. ● Bench top and back planks are treated with special anti-corrosive, water proof coating so as to make surface glossy and water proof. ● All components are manufactured by using M-30 grade of Concrete using vibro compaction process.

P/F SFRC railing (Majestic railing) of size 1500x1000x65 mm of M-30 grade concrete suitability reinforced using vibrio compaction process and fixed in a block of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)( Cost of CC 1:2:4 will be paid separately).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

White washing with lime to give an even shade : a) Old work (two or more coats)

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : (a) 4.0 mm thick glass panes.
