Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 1200 mm deep (800 mm below ground level and 400 mm above ground level) including excavation of earth, refilling, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm. dia-1200mm long (approx) 8Nos, and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -1600mm long (approx) -6 nos, (with suitable spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with providing, fixing and positioning of one set of foundation bolts comprising of 4 nos., 16 mm dia, 750 mm long J-Type MS bolts (Threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos. GI nuts and 2 nos. GI washerers etc. per bolt and 1 no. ancor plate (3mm thick) of suitable size and providing 75 mm.(O.D) DWC pipe ISI marked for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation testing and commissioning of 45 watt LED street light luminaire with lens, made out of Al. pressure die cast housing enclosed with toughened glass, with IP-66 protection, driver, all accessories i/c providing of suitable size of wire mesh protection cover for fitting, connection testing etc complete as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 60 Watt LED flood light fitting IP-66 with lens made of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass complete with LEDs, driver, all accessories and providing & fixing wire mesh protection frame for safety purpose, connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Supply & fixing of pole connector box made out of Glass Reinforced Polyester Sheet Moulding Compound of outside dimensions 280 mm(H) x 170 mm(W)x 115 mm (D) (all the corners of the box should be round & not pointed ones) suitable to mount on 40/50/65/80 mm dia GI pole with the following provisions/accessories mounting in box complete as reqd. (i)2 nos. clamps made out of 19mm x 3 mm GI strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole. (ii) Water tight front cover with 2 nos. stainless steel hinges & 1 no. screw for tightening. (iii)4 way, 220 V, 30 A, dough moulded connector (SMC with stainless steel inserts) (iv) 16 amp. Moulded SMC rewireable kit-kat---1 no. (v) Suitable size hole at suitable location on rear wall for cable & wire entry. (vi) Earthing bolt M6 x 20 mm

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. cond. Armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade including connection, testing etc. as required. a) 2C x 16 sq. mm

b)4C x 25 sq. mm

Supplying & drawing of following size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required. a)3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, and refiling the trench etc. as required but excluding sand cushioning, protective covering. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. a)Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/sub main wiring/cable as required.

Supplying, installation testing and commissioning of feeder pillar with floor mounted Light control LT feeder pillar cubical type double door of size of 1000 mm x 900mm x 300 mm deep duly compartmentalized and with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having hinged gasket cover and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers 100 mm and supported with of MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm x 1mtr. long grouted with 1:3:6 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles wherever required, painting, numbering i/c supply and fixing of following accessories complete etc. as required. Supplying, Fabrication and Installation of wire mesh protection frame for existing feeder pillar made out of 8 SWG M.S wire mesh size (75mmX25mm rectangle nominal) of following size with M.S angle iron base frame 35mm X 35mm X 5mm angle iron and with M.S strip support of size 35mm X 5mm in cross and 0.5mtr long legs support of same angle (as per drawing attached), i/c door in front portion, supplying and fitting of go down lock i/c locking arrangement, painting and grouting of angle iron frame with lugs in CC 1:3:6 foundation etc. as approved by Engineer incharge etc. complete as regd. (a) 2 mtr (H) X 1.5 mtr (W) X 1.0 mtr (D)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of Anti climbing device on the new/existing poles up to 9 mtr height made out of M.S clamp strip size of 30x5 mm and 12 nos. rods of dia 10mm, 300mm long each in sharp arrow shape fixed at 30 degree in circular shape including nut, bolt, painting etc. as required.

Painting of Existing G.I Pole upto 6 mtr. Height with primer & 2 coating enamel paint i/c numbering etc complete as required.

Repairing of existing foundation of pole ( For Pole upto 8 mtr.) with CC mortar from one feet below ground level, dismantling of existing pole for cable entry etc. complete as required.
