Extra charges for modification/editing of master data entries/ duplicate bill print out

Daily data backup and recompilation/reinstallation of software

GST correction factor @ 0.973 (i.e. 2.7% of total 2153251.09) Conditions: - 1 The scope of work includes entry of payment details, printing of the bills area wise, generating and printing of daily collection statement, preparing the list of pending/defaul payment, processing and printing the list of notices of arrear payment, monthly/quarterly/yearly collection statement, duplicate bill etc. 2 The requisite hardware i.e. computer, printer, tonner, UPS shall provided by the Agency itself. 3 The required stationery to be arranged by the agency itself. 4 All data information generated by the agency shall be the absolute property of DDA. However, software shall be property of the agency. 5 The intial period of contract shall be 2 years from the date of signing the agreement by both the parties. However, the department shall be within rights to terminate the agreement on the ground and circumstances beyond its control. 6 Executive Engineer/SPD-1 shall be the competent authority for execution of the contract with the journey. 7 The agencies shall provide data and help, as and when and where required for work like RTI, court cases etc. related to above-said work. 8 Uploading of billing data re-conciliation of water bill raised, receipts & payments division wise & pocket wise to be done Online Payment Platform i.e. BBPS/Pay TM etc. Monthly basis. 9 SMS/E-mail alert shall be sent by the agency to the consumer: i) at the time of preparation of bill. ii) Before due dates, iii) After payment, for which no extra charges will paid by the department. 10 GST or any other taxes is any extra shall be paid by the agency. 11 The tender shall be issued to the agencies dealing with similar nature of work provided they satisfy the following criteria. The firm/contractors who have successfully completed similar nature of work 'water bills system' during last seven years ending previous day of last date of submission of application. a) Three similar nature of works, each of value not less than 40% of estimated cost put to tender. Or b) Two similar nature of works, each of value not less than 60% of estimated cost put to tender. Or c) One similar nature of work, each of value not less than 80% of estimated cost put to tender.
