Providing Cleaning Material Of Approved Quality Such As Acid, Nepethene Ball, Phynil, Pocha, Duster, Phool Jharu, Tiely Jahra, Harpic, Colin, Liquid Soap, Bath Soap, Hit, Air Freshner, Cleaning Powder, Bath Room Freshner including all T & P for cleaning operation as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Conditions: - 1. If case the labour rates quoted by the bidder are less than the minimum wages of GNCTD/GOI, such bids shall be summarily rejected and EMD of all such bidders quoting rates lower that the minimum wages aforesaid shall be forfeited forth remaining bidders shall be accepted subject to other conditions. 2. If quoted rate of two or more bidders are same, lottery system will be followed. 3. The proof of payment to the security guard, peon and environmental assistant shall be submitted at the time of payment. All wages shall be paid to labour deployed for the work through online transfer. If any discrepancy noticed w.r.t. minimum wages paid to be unskilled/skilled labour, tender shall be summarily rejected. 4. Security Guard, Peon and Environmental Assistant has to marked their attendance on bio-metric attendance system twice in a day i.e. at the time of start of duty and at the end of the duty. 5. Bio-Metric attendance sheet should be produced at the time of payment. 6. In case any Security Guard, Peon and Environmental Assistant found absent the recovery shall be made @ twice of quoted rate per job for each respective Security Guard, Peon and Environmental Assistant.
