Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing ,laying & jointing of S N 8 HDPE (DWC) of dia 250mm pipes with non-smooth external annular corrugated & smooth internal surface (double wall ) for non-pressure underground sewerage as per IS: 16098 (Part-I) 2013 including locating and fixing with the help of carpenter attached with one end of pipes inclining over electrometric realign rubber ring placed on the specified valley of corrugation at the spigot end ,lowering the into trench , laying on the lower bedding at prescribed gradient ,depth & alignment ,testing the water heighten of joints, earring the continuously test of specified pipes, sewer & etc complete as per drawing & direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Choked Drain by Diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000litres water jetting tank capacity i/c skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and desilting of drain and manholes and dechocking of drain. Dechocking and flushing of drain from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI of depth more than 300mm.

Deployment of one number of carpenter for operation and maintenance of doors, windows etc.

Operation and maintenance of the water supply system and sewerage system such as removal of blockage, repairing of leakage including excavation, pumping out water, filling the joint and refilling, repairs of sanitary fittings at toilets etc. as and when required and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Amount after applying 0.973 Multiplying Factor due to decrease in GST Rate i.e. on Rs. 27,57,013.60

Add Cost Index @3.00% i.e. on Rs.26,82,574.00
