2. Agency is requested to inspect the parks & locations of the parks before submitting the bids.
3. The agency will have to carry out the works at any locations in the said parks at any time within the contract period whatever the quantum of the work given.
4. Failure in executing any work or non-complying the directions issued by site in-charge/EIC shall attract the penalty of minimum Rs. 5000/- or as decided by EIC.
