Supply and replacement of Valve box with cover on all valves. The valve boxes shall be heavy duty plastic with poly vinyl chloride reinforce and green top. Rain Spa (Italy) make 12” rectangular valve box

Supply and replacement of 3" BSP Straight flow Solenoid valve with flow control and "Pressure regulation unit" which shall be normally closed 24 V, AC 50/60 cycle solenoid actuated angle pattern design. The valve pressure rating shall not be less than 10.5 bar. The valve body shall be constructed of high-impact, weather-resistant Nylon Glass Filled with heavy duty diaphragm and stainless steel screws, fasteners and components. The valve shall have manual open/close control (internal bleed) for manual opening and closing of valve without electrically energizing the solenoid, manual bleed can be removed for " tamper proof" operation. The valve shall operate with minimum 24 V, AC at 10.5 bar. The valve must open or close in less than 1 minute at 10.5 bar, and less than 30 seconds at 0.7 bar. The valve construction shall provide for all internal parts to be removable from the top of the valve without disturbing the valve installation. Solenoid valve shall be capable of providing the flow rate of 25- 250 GPM.

Supply and replacement of Logic plus Programmable Decoder / Receiver for logic plus controller.

Supply and replacement of 1" brass QCV with 1" male x 3/4" female brass key along with 1" x 1" swivel elbow.

Supply and replacement of Gear Driven Pop up Sprinkler with ABS (Acrylo Nitrile Butadiene Styrene ) Riser with 3/4" inlet , 5" Riser, capable of delivering 1.7- 3.6 lpm with Radius of coverage from 7.9 - 14.9 m at pressure 2.0 - 5.0 Kg/cm2 with trajectory of throw 26°, having Top graduated arc adjustment, Arc memory clutch, reversing Mechanism, Arc recall, Full &Part Circle adjustment in 1, Heavy Duty rubber Cover which seals out dirt and increase product durability, and cheak valve.

Supply and replacement of Swing Joint 3/4" etc complete as required.

Supply and replacement of u-PVC pipe of 90 mm/ 10 Kg/cm2 conferming to IS-4985:2000 with all fitting and assesories like coupling ,Tees, bends,reducer,scewed adopter, flanged tail piece etc. jointing including earth work in excavation and reffiling ( earth work includes 450 mm of soil cover over the pipe and width of 300 mm )

Supply and replacement of 2x2.5 sq mm copper conductor cable with suitable PVC conduit.

Supply and replacement of Gear Driven Pop up Sprinkler with ABS (Acrylo Nitrile Butadiene Styrene ) Riser with 1" inlet , 4" Riser, capable of delivering 19.3 - 110.5 lpm with Radius of coverage from13.7 - 21.6 m at pressure 2.7 - 6.2 Kg/cm2 with trajectory of throw 26°, having Top graduated arc adjustment, Arc memory clutch, reversing Mechanism, Arc recall, Full &Part Circle adjustment in 1, Heavy Duty rubber Cover which seals out dirt and increase product durability, and cheak valve.

Supply and replacement of Swing Joint 1" complete etc as required.

Supply of Disc filter of size 3" BSP intel max working pressure 8 kg/cm2 and flow rater 40 m3/hr. body of filter should be made of glass filled polypropylene. Cartridge Diameter will be 122 mm and cartridge length will be 510 mm cleaningn of the Filter must be done when pressure differential across the disc filter reaches 0.6 kg/cm2 or when the clogging medicator red buttorn pops up.

Supply and replacement of two wire decoder based irrigation Data Controller With 16 station independent controller program with 24v AC, 50Hz transformer, sensor circuit board, incoming mains power line conditioner/ surge protection, with run time per station 0-10 hours, 59 min. max, 0-27 hours-use 250% water budget, 6 program per day and 0-28 days max., odd/ even day water calendar. Water budget 0-250% rain off days 0-31 days max, pause between two station 0-59 sec. maximum valves running simultaneously -8, maximum numbers of receivers should be 80. The enclosure box should be stainless Steel. Locking, wall or pedestal mounted.

Maintenance of Aquaguard Reviva RO 50 LPH basic (6 Nos) inclusive of all electrical and electronics spare parts and one set of consumables: particulate filter 20" (2x10"), sediment filter 20" (2x10"), Pre carbon filter(AC block) 20", post carbon filter (AC block)20" except membrane set of 4 x 75 GPD as per condition attached.

Replacement of RO membrane filter 75 GPD in existing Reviva RO at site.

Supplying and Replacing 20" pre filter spun 5 micron of size 20" X 2.5" in existing RO at site.

Supplying and fixing of 20"or 2X10" particulate/sediment filter in existing Reviva RO at site.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & commssioning of Pressure generating Pump with Automated switch for 50 LPH Reverse Osmosis System complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of Automated on/ off Switching Device for Level monitoring of Water cooler in existing Reviva RO at site.
