The bid capacity required in the given tender is a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 100.00 crores for at least three years in the last ten financial years through F & B services & hospitality services alone. The formula for calculating the minimum average annual turnover is: Minimum Average Annual Turnover = (Total Turnover for 3 years) / 3 where Total Turnover for 3 years is the sum of the turnover for any three years in the last ten financial years, and it should be at least Rs. 100.00 crores. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of providing or running/owning F & B/hospitality services for at least 10 years in any part of India with service of liquor to hotel/resorts with at least 4-star rating. Formulas: - Average annual turnover = (Total turnover for 3 years) / 3 ≥ Rs. 100.00 crores - Turnover criteria = Minimum average of Rs 100 crores in any three of last ten financial years through F&B services and hospitality services alone.
