Note:- 1. All the malba generated after dismantling/construction at the time of execution of work to be disposed off on per day basis at earmarked location as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge i.e. at dumping point, back side of C Block, Vikas Sadan at his own expense & nothing shall be paid extra on this account by the Department, Being a headquarter of DDA the office premises should always be in a presentable condition, if the agency fails to disposed off malba per day then penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be imposed, to maintain proper working of Offices of Vikas Sadan. 2. The agency has to strictly follow all the safety protocol during execution of work. 3. The said work is to be executed from outside of building, all the labor deployed at the site on SRP should have all the necessary safety measures, i.e., helmet, safety belt, and other necessary items, during work at the site. If any labor is found at the site without safety measures, a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day per labour will be imposed on the agency, and the labor will not be allowed to continue working further. 4. All the labor deployed at the site for the execution of the work should covered under workmen's compensation insurance. Any labor without a valid insurance policy for the period of work will not be allowed to deploy at the site.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
