Providing & Fixing of Stair Stepper in a combination of pair and a single step of size 1000 x 800 x 1400 mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5mm thick and rest of the pipe 40mm dia and 2.5mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coasted using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80‐120 micron thickas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Leg Press of size 2000x500x1600 mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5 mm thick and rest of the pipe 40 mm dia and 2.5 mm thick as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing Double Shoulder Exerciser of size 2572x805x2187mm fabricated with main post of 114mm and “C” Class G.I. Pipe made of hot roller tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel of60-80mm micron thick as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Parallel Bar The area covered for Size: 1780X710X1470mm. The centre frame of the Double Parallel Bar is made fabricated with main post of 114mm and 4.00mm thick made of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using. Handles are made up of 25NB “C” Class G.I. pipes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Knee Back Stretch of size 1200X550X900mm fabricated with main post of 114mm and 4.00mm thick “C” Class G.I. Pipe made of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel of 80-120mm micron thick, FRP / HDPE / LLDPE (Fibre Reinforced Plastic / High Density Poly Ethylene / Linear Low Density Poly Ethylene) seat with backrest is fixed over 40NB Galvanized bend pipe as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Chin Up Station is made of 80mm dia GI “C“ class pipe with horizontal hanging support bar made out 32mm dia G.I “C” class pipe with all necessary bench press exercising attachment , clear hight of chin up station is 2.0mtr and width 1.0 mtr as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Rowing Machine of size 1280 x 800 x 1150 mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5mm thick and rest of the pipe 40mm dia and 2.5mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Annual maintenance contract for First years from date of completion of installation to next 365 days. The scope AMC Service include preventive maintenance Services (PMS) on monthly basis consumable and visits by service engineer to carryout maintenance service of the equipment. It also covers all mechanical parts and accessories/ components without any extra cost. The new parts when to be fitted is to be verified before fitting of equipments .The removed part is to be handed over to user department. All the consumable articles/parts such as material required for cleaning repairs and maintenance will be provided by the service provider at no extra charge. The spares and accessories shall be of standard quality as approved by engineer in charge.

Providing Annual maintenance contract for second year starting from date of completion of first year of AMC (Second year starts after completion of 1 year of AMC period to next 365 days). The scope AMC Service include preventive maintenance Services (PMS) on monthly basis consumable and visits by service engineer to carryout maintenance service of the equipment. It also covers all mechanical parts and accessories/ components without any extra cost. The new parts when to be fitted is to be verified before fitting of equipments .The removed part is to be handed over to user department. All the consumable articles/parts such as material required for cleaning repairs and maintenance will be provided by the service provider at no extra charge. The spares and accessories shall be of standard quality as approved by engineer in charge.

Providing Annual maintenance contract for fourth year starting from date of compeltion of third year of AMC (fourth year starts after completion of 3rd year of AMC period to next 365 days). The scope AMC Service include preventive maintenance Services (PMS) on monthly basis consumable and visits by service engineer to carryout maintenance service of the equipment. It also covers all mechanical parts and accessories/ components without any extra cost. The new parts when to be fitted is to be verified before fitting of equipments .The removed part is to be handed over to user department. All the consumable articles/parts such as material required for cleaning repairs and maintenance will be provided by the service provider at no extra charge. The spares and accessories shall be of standard quality as approved by engineer in charge.

Providing Annual maintenance contract for fifth year starting from date of compeltion of fourth year of AMC (fifth year starts after completion of 4th year of AMC period to next 365 days). The scope AMC Service include preventive maintenance Services (PMS) on monthly basis consumable and visits by service engineer to carryout maintenance service of the equipment. It also covers all mechanical parts and accessories/ components without any extra cost. The new parts when to be fitted is to be verified before fitting of equipments .The removed part is to be handed over to user department. All the consumable articles/parts such as material required for cleaning repairs and maintenance will be provided by the service provider at no extra charge. The spares and accessories shall be of standard quality as approved by engineer in charge.

Conditions: 1. During the execution of work if any challan is issued by NGT, MCD, DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other Govt. agency or penalty imposed by BSES / IGL / Any Govt agency on account of damage, the same shall be borne by the contractor & if fails, the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of contractor. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account. 2. A complaint helpline number must be prominently displayed near the gym equipments allowing the public to report any issues related to gym maintenance. In the event that the helpline is unreachable during regular working hours, the agency responsible may incur a fine of up to Rs 500 per day. Furthermore, complaints regarding equipment repair must be addressed within a maximum of 10 days. Failure to meet this timeframe may result in a fine of Rs. 1000 per day. 3. The work will be monitored by Office of Hon'ble LG through the office of DM and the progress report will be uploaded on the website by the agency in timely manner along with photographs 4. The deviation (if any) including extra item shall not exceed Estimated cost for this work.
