supplying and installlation of hot dip galvanised circular ring having inner diameter 1000mm made out of 50mmdia MS pipe B-class and having 4 no. arms of lehgth approximate 500mm long each made out of 40mm dia MS pipe B-class i/c mounting arrangement at the top of the pole i/c making holes for installation of flood light luminaries and wire entries with movable cap at the top with fixing arrangement. complete as reqd.

Casting of suitable foundation for pole of overall size 400mm x 400mm x 1200mm deep (both above & below ground level) having concrete mix 1 : 2 : 4,(1 cement; 2 course sand; 4 graded stone aggregate) including supply and fixing of one set comprising of 4 nos of 16mm dia 600mm long J type foundation bolts(threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos GI nuts and 2 nos GI washer per bolt, 2 nos DWC pipe of 32/40mm dia of suitable length shall be embeded in above foundation for drawing of incoming & out going cable. The Tor steel used in pedstal shall be 12mm dia - 8nos. vertical 1350mm long with 10mm dia ring @150CC - 9 Nos 1600mm long as binder complete with digging shuttering and back filling etc as reqd. Tor steel shall be ISI marked.

Providing and laying in position 1:2;4 ( 1 cement: 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) and 1800 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, refilling, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm dia- 1960 mm long (approx) 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2800mm long (approx)-13 nos, (with 150mm spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 75mm (O.D) DWC pipe for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Supplying of 4 Nos. M 24 x 750 mm long plus 100 mm bent ( 150 mm top threaded portion) G.I. foundation bolt (EN 8 grade) with 3 Nos nuts and 2 no washers per bolt alongwith 2 Nos. Template/ Anchor plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm., 3 mm thick MS sheet having 4 nos, 28mm dia holes, to match with P.C.D of Poles & base plate etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of pole connector box made out of glass rein- forced polyster sheet moulding compound confirming to IS 13410-1992 grade S-1 of nominal out side dimension 280mm(H) x 170mm(W) x 115mm(D) all the corner of the box should be round suitable to mount on 65mm dia GI pole with following accessories in box complete as required. (a) 2 nos. M.S clamp made out of 19mm x 3mm GI strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole (b) Water tight front cover with stainless steel hinged & screw for tighting. (c) 6 ampr.SP MCB of 10 KAincluding mounting arrangement- 1No. (d) 4 way, 220v , 30Amp, dough moulded connector(SMC) with stainless inserts. (e) Suitable size hole at suitable location on wall for cable & wire entry. (f)Earth bolts M 6 x 20mm.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 35/36 watt LED street light fitting/ luminare on the existing pole complete with LED's driver and all other acceseries i/c making connection etc. as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 80watt LED flood light fitting /luminaries ( on the existing pole ) complete with LEDs, driver and all accessories, making connection etc. as required.

Providing , laying & fixing following dia GI pipe(medium class) in ground complete with G.I fittings, including trenching (75cm deep) and re-filling etc are required. (a) 80mm dia

Supplying of following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured Aluminum condutor LT cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c testing etc as required

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC sheathed X LPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (a) up to 35 sq mm.

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in existing RCC/ Hume/ Stone ware/ DWC / Metal pipe, etc as required (a) up to 35 sq mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing trench for loop as reqd. a) upto35sq.mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (a) Upto 35 sq.mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/cable etc as required.

Fabrication, supplying and fixing of wire mesh protection guard made out of 10 SWG wire suitable for 35/36 watt LED light fitting as approved by Engineer-in- charge completed etc. as reqd.

Fabricatiing supplying and installation of wiremesh protection guard made out of 08 SWG MS wiremesh suitable for existing 80watt LED flood light fitting as per approved by Engineer-in-charge. Complete as reqd.

Supplying and drawing of following FR PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper condutor 3 core cable in the existing pole etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of anti climbing device on existing 65 mm dia GI pole clamp made out of MS strip size 30mm x5mm and 10 mm. MS rods 30cm long -12 Nos. each fixed on 30 degree in circular shape on the clamp i/c nut, bolt painting etc complete as approved by Engineer-in -charge.

Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of floor mounted feeder piller double door cubical pannel board of size 1200mm x 900mm x 300mm deep with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet having hinged gasket cover and screw type knob with double locking arrangement and rain protect cover mounted on MS angle iron base frame made out of 45mm x 45mm x 5mm angle iron alomg with one meter long legs grouted in ground with 1:3:6 C.C foundation and should be 0.6 mtr above ground level as per drawing approved by engineer in charge. Legs should be covered with brick wall, connection, inter connection with suitable size PVC insulated copper condutor wire using thimbles where ever required. Painting after applying a coat of primer, marking including supplying and fixing of following accessories etc complete as required. Supplying, fabrication and installation of wire mesh protection cover guard made out of 8 SWG (nominal) MS wiremesh of size (25 mm x 80 mm nominal) following size with MS angle iron base frame 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 0.5 Mtr long leg and MS strip for support of size 40mm x 6mm as per drawing no. 4 including providing of suitable size of door, supplying and fixing godowan lock including locking arrangement,painting and grouting of angle irom frame in CC (1:2:4) etc as approved by Engineer inchrage
