Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Supplying and stacking at site. Good earth.

Cutting top surface of courts and making good the same (extra quantities of brick aggregate, morrum, red bajri and black clay required shall be paid separately). The work shall include resurfacing of Existing clay court by following activities: - a) Removing of all loose moorum from the entire area. The usable material shall be mixed with jamuna sand and reused in filling of voids between brick bats. b) Preparing the surface by brushing the entire area with jute brushes, sweeping the area, clearing and watering completely. c) Digging 50 mm deep all entire area followed by levelling and dressing by water and hand rolling by manual manpower.The dug out material shall be stacked for reuse in the courts, as detailed below. d) A 75mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate 40mm thick N.S. and grouted with jamuna sand shall be provided and laid. (This item including labour and material shall be paid separately) e) Providing and filling the holes with fine clay upto the top of the cleaned surface, wherever necessary f) The usable material dug out and collected from the courts, shall be mixed with fresh quantities of red bajri / clay (to be paid separately) g) Layer of 100 mm thick red bajri (screened) mixed with fine clay (Approx. 80% red bajri and 20% fine clay) to be spread evenly on the entire surface and watering the prepared area and rolling with light roller of capacity less than one ton capacity. h) Marking of the court as per specified dimensions as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge i/c cost of permanent nails/Permanent Markers etc. i) Rate: The rate include all statuary taxes, labour, tools, plants and equipments and laying of the material. This item shall be paid only after the clay court is complete in all respects and ready for handing over.

Carriage of Moorum/black clay by Manual Labour including loading, unloading for lead from 50 meter upto 100 metre.

Supplying, stacking and Spreading 12mm thick Moorum watering and rolling complete including preparation of the surface and rolling with road roller/ hand roller as per requirementys for the top layer of clay court and directioons of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing cricket net 2.5mm braided mesh size 50x50mm all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing pair of Tennis poles fixed type- made of 80 x 80mm MS square pipe alongwith Tennis net(Garware) with special internal ratchet system for tightening the net, This enables perfect tension control for the net. Top cover made from cast aluminium with pully.
