Supply of drinking water after procuring from DDA source at Siraspur or as specified by Engineer-in-Charge for drinking purpose through water tankers of minimum capacity 10,000 Litre and filling of water in the overhead tanks placed at the terraces (Floor Six level) at isolated locations of the housing blocks/pocket through pumping arrangement fitted on the tankers all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Nothing extra shall be paid for fuel, electricity, helper, pipe, motors, drivers, waiting period and pumping water from UGR for filling in tankers etc.)Drinking water shall be supplied by DDA free of cost at nearby location of Siraspur or from UGR at Siraspur.

Extra for supply of drinking water from outside DDA source in case of emergency through tankers of capacity 10000 Litre in item No. 1 for all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Water shall be fit for drinking purpose).

Special Conditions : 1) The agency must have two tankers of capacity 10,000 litre in his possession alongwith fitness certificate of tanker used for supplying water at site. Copy of registration certificate of tanker in the name of agency participating in tender process, permit issued by Delhi Govt., fitness certificate, PUC certificate, insurance certificate be uploaded at the time of tender otherwise will not be considered for financial bid. 2) In case agency failed to supply water at site, a recovery of double his rate shall be made from his bills. 3) As per site conditions the supply of water through tanker will vary from minimum 2 tankers or more per day. 4) The water sample shall be got tested in approved lab before supply of water to resident. The agency shall also informed in advance about the source of water from where he has to supply the water from outside DDA source and get it approved by Engineer –in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of testing of water outside DDA lab. 5) The tankers deployed at site for distributing water must be fitted with sufficient horse power motors to enable to supply water up to terrace tank(Floor six level). Nothing extra shall be paid for electricity, generator set and waiting period.
