Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Terms and conditions:- 1. Liquid Phenyl mixed with water in recommended proportion shall be used for cleaning. 2. The urinals, water closet, toilets, wash basin and looking mirrors shall be cleaned in alternate Working day with cleaning agent of standard quality. 3. All parking/open area shall be swept including cutting and removal of all vegetation, garbage and waste material collected during cleaning operation. 4. Swept material/waste collected shall be disposed off daily in the approved MCD Dhalao or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5. Naphthalene balls to be placed in Urinal, wash basin on alternate working day. 6. The contractor shall also remove blockage/chokages from the outlets of urinals/Toilets, Chocked line if any, shall be cleaned off at priority. 7. Rate is inclusive off all T&P such as broom, kolchi, bamboo kharpachi, wheel barrow etc. And shall be impose arranged by the contractor. 8. The agency should quote the rates accordingly and noting extra shall be paid on this account by the department. Swept material/waste collected shall be disposed off daily in the approved MCD Dhalao or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Taking permission of MCD Dhalao/ Dumping site will be the sole responsibility of agency itself. 9. All safety measures/precautions are to be taken while doing the work in the office complex. In case of any casuality, agency will be sole responsible. 10. During execution of work if any challan in received in the office from NGT,MCD/DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other govt. Agency, the same shall be borne by the agency if fails the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to on this account. 11. The Environment Assistant on all working days in week or as and when required and the plumber, carpenter as and when required, should be present from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge/ If the work in not satisfactory or In case of non-obeisance of found late arrival, absent shall be marked for that day and no amount shall be paid for that day along with a penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day shall be imposed for each time above to the non payment against work required. In case of any dispute, decision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be final and binding.
