Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : A) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : A) One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : A) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick fluted HDHMR board of make, Century, Greenlam, action Tesa, Duro with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, , and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75 mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). 12 mm average thickness.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. A) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : A) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing Polymer PVC fluted wall panels having sheet thickness 1.2 mm (Minimum overall thickness of fluted pannel is 12 mm )in all shapes and colors of make PARE, VOX, or equivalent all complete i/c neccessary accessories, profile etc as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer (Premium quality) of make Duro titanium, greenply of equivalent series, for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with : A) Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick HDHMR board of make, Century, Greenply, action Tesa, Duro with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, , and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. A) Hot finished welded type tubes

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. A) Polished Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except Black, Cherry/Ruby Red

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : a)For fixed portion i)Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates efc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Washing / scrubbing of Delhi quartz Stone with wire brush / sandpaper i/c removing of all the dust particle and make the surface clear for polishing work, all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Polishing on Delhi quartz Stone work with clear synthetic varnish of make Asian, Nerolac, Berger @ 5.00 Sqm/ litre in all shade and colour, all complete as direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in - Charge.

Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). a)Light shade pigment using white cement

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of required size having thickness 50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c in both direction i.e.longitudinal & cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in wall lining 18 mm thick MR ply board of make Duro, century, greenply with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails,and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Removing, rubbing, polishing and refixing/ rewelding of existing stainless Steel railing of all shapes and design and making in good condition, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. a)Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading & EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. shall be paid in basic item): a)With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) Note:- 1.The major work is to be executed in the office of Vice chairman DDA, hence all the materials considered in the estimate to be supplied by the agency within 7 days from Date of start of work along with the original bill, if agency fails to supply the material within 7 days then penalty of 1 % per item per day will be imposed to the agency. 2. Water charges @ 1 % will be deducted from the bill paid to the agency as water will be supplied by the department only. 3. The work is to be executed upto 7th floor of Vikas Sadan. As there is no service lift working in B block, Vikas Sadan, hence all the arrangement for lifting of material to execute the work to be done by agency itself and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 4. All the malba generated after dismantling/construction at the time of execution of work to be disposed off on per day basis at earmarked location as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge i.e. at dumping point, back side of C Block, Vikas Sadan at his own expense & nothing shall be paid extra on this account by the Department, Being a headquarter of DDA the office premises should always be in a presentable condition, if the agency fails to disposed offmalba per day then penalty of Rs.1000/- per day will be imposed, to maintain proper working of Offices of Vikas Sadan.

Adding GST factor @ 0.973
