CRI≥70,CCT: 3000-6700 K, Life span of LED's 50,000 Hrs, System efficacy (L/W) 100 L/W, operating Voltage: 100-270V, PF≥0.95 , Surge protection -10KV, IP Protection -IP ≥66, IK≥07, THD 10% etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED bollard fitting made up of Extruded Aluminium with Al. die-cast base in powder coat finish with inverted pyramid shape complete with all accessories including making connection. LED bollard fixture of not more than 12 watt and lumens output not less than 720 Lm.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Uplight fitting circular shape made up of Extruded Aluminium with Al. Die cast base in powder coat finish complete with all accessories including making connection connection. LED uplight fixture of not more than 24 watt and lumens output not less than 2100 Lm. Supplying & fixing of 500 mm long Hot dip Galvanized double arm over hang bracket made out of suitable dia. pipe with a canopy of 300 mm long suitable for 8 mtr high G.I octagonal pole for mounting 90 watt LED light fitting i/c nuts,bolts etc. as reqd.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) and 1800 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, refilling, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm dia- 1960 mm long (approx) 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2800mm long (approx)-13 nos, (with 150mm spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 75mm (O.D) DWC pipe for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Casting of suitable foundation for pole of overall size 400mm x 400mm x 1200mm deep (both above & below ground level) having concrete mix 1 : 2 : 4,(1 cement; 2 course sand; 4 graded stone aggregate) including supply and fixing of one set comprizing of 4 nos 16 mm dia 600mm long J type foundation bolts(threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos GI nuts and 2 nos GI washer per bolt, 2 nos DWC pipe of 32/40mm dia of suitable length shall be embeded in above foundation for drawing of incoming & out going cable. The Tor steel used in pedstal shall be 12mm dia - 8nos. vertical 1350mm long with 10mm dia ring @150CC - 9 Nos 1600mm long as binder complete with digging shuttering and back filling etc as reqd. Tor steel shall be ISI marked.

Wiring from pole control box to light fitting(s). Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor Single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit/ Pole as required. (a) 3 x 2.5 Sq.mm

Cables & cable laying. Supplying of following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c connection & testing etc. as required and as per technical specification enclosed.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend ,couplers etc. conforming to IS: 14930, Part-II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required. (a)63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Feeder Pillars. pillar double door cubical panel board of size 1000mm x 900mm x 300mm deep with general arrangemnent made out of 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheet having hinged gasketed cover and screw type knob with double locking arrangment and rain protection cover mounted on MS angle iron base frame made out of 35mm x 35mm 5mm angle iron with 1 mtr. long legs grouted with 1:3:6 foundation and should be 0.6 mtr. above ground level as per drawing approved by Enginer-in-charge. Legs should be covered with brick wall, connection, inter-connection with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor wire using thimbles wherever required, painting after applying a coat of primer numbering i/c supplying and fixing of following accessories etc. as reqd. INCOMER a) 63A 4 pole 25 kA MCCB - 1 No b) Ammeter with selector switch (0-25 A) - 1 No c) Voltmeter with selector switch (0-500 V) - 1 No d) Indication Lamp (RYB) with control HRC fuse with fuse fitting- 1 set. Cable end termination. Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing. Earthing with G.I. Earth Pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for conneciton etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut bolt , spring washer, excavation, refilling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith existing surface /recessed conduit submain wiring /cable as required.
