Repair and maintenance tasks, including fixing, greasing, and servicing of motors and other components, will be carried out on one oxygen concentrator, one Nano bubble aerator, and three floating aerators available on-site.

Conditions: I. Necessary statutory deductions will be made as applicable. II. The attendance sheet should be produced at the time of payment. III. In case of the absence of any labour from duty, the amount of daily minimum wages will be deducted per labour per day from the agency's bill. IV. A penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day will be imposed on the contractor for each day each labour absent, over and above the condition mentioned in point III. V. The minimum wages will be paid as per the notification of GNCTD/GOI, and the agency will transfer the wages online or via ECS to the employees' bank accounts. Payment proof shall be submitted to the sub-division office concerned. These document is to be submiited and verified on a monthly basis. VI. EPF and ESI (if applicable) contributions on behalf of the employee shall be paid by the contractor, and the contribution towards the employer's part shall also be deposited by the agency. The agency shall be reimbursed by the DDA upon the production of documentary proof. VII. If a Labour/Mali is to be changed, it will be done after prior submission of Documents and prior approval from the concerned AE/SDO or higher authority. VIII.Point II to VII applies to Item 1 only, which requires the deployment of 11 malis on a regular daily basis. IX. Minimum One number of motorized boat with operator and safety kit should be available in the Lake area on working hours. X. Any time work can be stopped, or the brand of material can be changed if appropriate result are not received.
