Supplying,replacement testing commissioning of LED flood light fitting (IP:66) of 60 W with lens complete with LEDs,driver,all accessories,making connection etc.as required.

Supply & replacement of pole connector box made out of Glass Reinforced Polyester Sheet Moulding Compound Conforming to IS:13410-1992 Grade S1 of outside dimensions 280 mm(H) x 170 mm(W)x 115 mm (D) (all the corners of the box should be round & not pointed ones) suitable to mount on 40/50/65 mm dia GI pole with the following provisions/accessories mounting in box complete as reqd. (i)2 nos. clamps made out of 19mm x 3 mm GI strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole. (ii) Water tight front cover with 2 nos. stainless steel hinges & 1 no. screw for tightening. (iii)4 way, 220 V, 30 A, dough moulded connector (SMC with stainless steel inserts) (iv) 16 amp. Moulded SMC rewireable kit-kat---1 no. (v) Suitable size hole at suitable location on rear wall for cable & wire entry. (vi) Earthing bolt M6 x 20 mm

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. cond. Armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade including connection, testing etc. as required. a) 2C x 16 sq. mm

b) 4C x 25 sq. mm.

Supplying & drawing following size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required. a) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm (DSR - 1.17.23)

Taking out of 1 no. Faulty LT power Cable, already laid in ground by way of digging and relaying of the same after removing of the cable fault i/c refilling and redressing of the trench ets as reqd.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Power cable of 1.1 kv grade of following size direct in ground including excavation & refilling the trench etc as reqd. but excluding, sand cushioning & protective covering. a) Upto 35 Sq mm (DSR - 7.3.1)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. a)Upto 35 sq. mm (DSR - 7.5.1)

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 2 x 16 sq.mm (DSR - 9.4.1)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/sub main wiring/cable as required. (DSR - 5.18)

Dismantling of existing damaged panel foundation & re-casting the same including brick, mortar, cement plaster etc. complete as required.

Repairing of existing feeder pillar with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet including welding providing required no. of hinge, painting etc. complete as reqd.

Repairing of existing wiremesh protection frame including replacement of 6 SWG M.S. Wiremesh size (75mm x 25mm) rectangle nominal size i/c replacement / repair of looking arrangement, nut-bolts etc. complete as reqd.

Hire charges of faulty location machine to locate the faulty in existing underground cable etc. complete as reqd.

Painting of existing wiremesh protection frame/ feeder pillar with 2 nos. of enamel paint coating i/c primer etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying & installation of anti-climbing device for existing 6/8/6 mtr. high pole etc. complete as reqd.

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required. (a) Group C(DSR - 1.15.3)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing thepoint with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed steel conduit as required. a) 2 X 1.5 sq.mm +1 X 1.5 sq.mm earth wire (DSR- 1.7.1)

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) (a) 6 way , Double door (DSR - 2.3.2)

Supplying and fixing of 20 Watt round /square profile LED batten tubelight fixture with extruded polycarbonate, as approved by engineer in charge i/c testing etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required. (DSR -1.32)

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthingas required. (DSR-1.5)

Supplying, Fabrication, replacement and Installation of wire mesh protection frame for existing feeder pillar made out of 8 SWG M.S wire mesh size (75mmX25mm rectangle nominal) of following size with M.S angle iron base frame 35mm X 35mm X 5mm angle iron and with M.S strip support of size 35mm X 5mm in cross and 0.5mtr long legs support of same angle (as per drawing attached), i/c door in front portion, supplying and fitting of go down lock i/c locking arrangement, painting and grouting of angle iron frame with lugs in CC 1:3:6 foundation etc. as approved by Engineer incharge etc. complete as regd. Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. (DSR - 5.2)

Supplying, Fabrication and replacement of 4 mtr. high pole made out of 65 mm dia NB, B class G.I pipe ISI marked duly welded with MS base plate of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm thick with suitable earth stud on base plate and suitable arrangement for mounting the light fitting on the pole, making suitable size hole in pole at a height of 2.5 meter from base plate for cable entry/exit, painting & numbering of pole, making suitable size hole in base plate for cable entry/exit into the pole and fixing the pole on the existing foundation with the existing nuts-bolts, washers etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 1200 mm deep (800 mm below ground level and 400 mm above ground level) including excavation of earth, refilling, providing, cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm. dia-1200mm long (approx) -8Nos, and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -1400mm long (approx) -6 nos, (with suitable spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with providing, fixing and positioning of one set of foundation bolts comprising of 4 nos., 16 mm dia, 750 mm long J-Type MS bolts (Threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos. GI nuts and 2 nos. GI washers etc. per bolt and 1 no. anchor plate (3mm thick) of suitable size and providing 63 mm.(O.D) DWC pipe ISI marked for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Supplying, fabrication & replacement of 6 mtr. high pole made out of 80 mm dia NB, B class G.I pipe ISI marked duly welded including with 4 nos. of supports with MS base plate of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 16 mm thick with suitable earth stud on base plate and with suitable side support providing and fixing 1000 mm dia ring type bracket made out of 48 mm dia nominal OD G.I pipe on top of the pole for mounting the 4 nos. of light fittings, making suitable size hole in the pole at a height of 2.5 meter from base plate for cable entry/exit for making connection to junction box, painting & numbering of pole, making suiatable hole in base plate for cable entry/exit into the pole and fixing the pole on foundation with the nuts-bolts etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 1200 mm deep (800 mm below ground level and 400 mm above ground level) including excavation of earth, refilling, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm. dia-1200mm long (approx) 8Nos, and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -1600mm long (approx) -6 nos, (with suitable spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with providing, fixing and positioning of one set of foundation bolts comprising of 4 nos., 16 mm dia, 750 mm long J-Type MS bolts (Threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos. GI nuts and 2 nos. GI washerers etc. per bolt and 1 no. ancor plate (3mm thick) of suitable size and providing 75 mm.(O.D) DWC pipe ISI marked for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Painting and numbering (2 coating) of existing G.I. pole of upto 4/5/6 mtr. height including painting of base plate & mounting arrangement etc. complete as reqd.

Dismantling the existing feeder pillar and Supplying/replacement of feeder pillar with floor mounted Light control LT feeder pillar cubical type double door of size of 800 mm x 800mm x 400 mm deep duly compartmentalized and with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having hinged gasket cover and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers 100 mm and supported with of MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm x 1mtr. long grouted with 1:3:6 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles wherever required, painting, numbering including supply and fixing of following accessories complete etc. as required. (a)63 Amps. Four Pole MCB ('C'-Series), 10kA----1 No. (b)16 Amps. Excavation around existing square foundation and dismantling existing pole for cable laying upto 3 mtr. from base plate, refilling the trench after jointing the cable, re-installation of pole on foundation, finishing/ plastering of exsting foundation above ground level i/c shifting of connector box upto 2.5 mtr. height and replacement of Kit-kat, connector, clamp etc. and painting of pole, refilling the gap between foundation & base plate etc. complete as reqd.
