Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. or S.S. hollow tube frame or as decided by Engineer-in-Charge (Payment of M.S. or S.S. frame shall be paid separetely). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Installing the Mini Play House of make ARIHANT /KOMPAN/ LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES /OK PLAY/LEO/ KAALIA of size 6.0x1.80mtr with Slide. Main Frame made of Round 80 NB Pipe Having min "B" class G.I. pipe. All the pipes should be ISI Marked (as per the IS 1239/2004) & of reputed brand. Ensuring the strength, durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount. Deck: having 1035mm x750mm with collar of 65mm size made of perforated sheet. Hydraulic Precision punched holes made of min 10mm NB with sheet thickness of approx. 2.5mm. Having size of 1035m x 750 mm & thickness of 70mm heavy & strong for long term durability great asthetic look and finish, Safety panel fitted on MS round pipe 20mm NB with size of 1035mm(L)x750mm(W) having wall thickness 70mm. Slide having height of 1220mm approx. & length approx. 2 mtr made of metallic GI sheet of high strength having width of 400mm mounted on MS angle support of 40x40x5mm & 5 nos angle supports & 20mm NB round pipe hand rail, The ladder step of metallic slide should made of MS rectangular pipe of 70x23 mm in minimum thickness of 2mm with vertical hand rail support of size 20mm NB G.I. pipe with other necessary supporting pipes. All the pipes should be ISI marked (as per the IS 1239/2004) & of reputed brand. Ensuring the Strength, durability, stablity & long life to the Kids. structure with safety as paramount. Main Frame: made of see saw made of 50mm NB pipe with planks made of 40mm NB pipe and supports made of 20mm N.B. pipe, all the G.I. pipes should be "B" class & ISI marked (as per the IS 1239/2004) & of reputed brand make & Ensuring the Strength, durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount. Seats - Seat Made of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic), duly UV resistant colors, all chemicals in the FRP material should be best quality, the Fibre Mat of 450GSM to be used for strength & stability with supporting frame.
