Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 1200 mm deep (800 mm below ground level and 400 mm above ground level) including excavation of earth, refilling, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm. dia-1200mm long (approx) 8Nos, and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -1600mm long (approx) -6 nos, (with suitable spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with providing, fixing and positioning of one set of foundation bolts comprising of 4 nos., 16 mm dia, 750 mm long J-Type MS bolts (Threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos. GI nuts and 2 nos. GI washerers etc. per bolt and 1 no. ancor plate (3mm thick) of suitable size and providing 75 mm.(O.D) DWC pipe ISI marked for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 80 Watt LED flood light fitting with lens IP-66 made of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass complete with LEDs, driver, all accessories and providing & fixing wire mesh protection frame for safety purpose, connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 45 watt LED street light luminaire with lens, made out of Al. pressure die cast housing enclosed with toughened glass, with IP-66 protection, driver, all accessories including providing of suitable size of wire mesh protection cover for fitting, connection testing etc complete as reqd.

Supply & installation of pole connector box made out of Glass Reinforced Polyester Sheet Moulding Compound to IS : 13410-1992 grade S1 of outside dimensions 280 mm(H) x 170 mm(W)x 115 mm (D) (all the corners of the box should be round & not pointed ones) suitable to mount on 40/50/65/80 mm dia GI pole with the following provisions/accessories mounting in box complete as reqd. (i)2 nos. clamps made out of 19mm x 3 mm M.S. strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole. (ii) Water tight front cover with 2 nos. stainless steel hinges & 1 no. screw for tightening. (iii)4 way, 220 V, 30 A, dough moulded connector (SMC with stainless steel inserts) (iv) 16 amp. Moulded SMC rewireable kit-kat---1 no. (v) Suitable size hole at suitable location on rear wall for cable & wire entry. (vi) Earthing bolt M6 x 20 mm

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. cond. Armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade including connection, testing etc. as required. a) 2C x 16 sq. mm

b) 4C X 25 sq. mm

Supplying & drawing following size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required. a)3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a)63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. a)63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. a)Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/sub main wiring/cable as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar with floor mounted Light control LT feeder pillar cubical type double door of size of 1000 mm x 900 mm x 300 mm deep duly compartmentalized and with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having hinged gasket cover and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers 100 mm and supported with of MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm x 1mtr. long grouted with 1:3:6 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles wherever required, painting, numbering including supply and fixing of following accessories complete etc. as required. Supplying, fabrication and installation of wire mesh protection frame for existing feeder pillar made out of 10 SWG MS wire mesh (75mm x 25mm rectangle nominal) of following sizes with angle iron base frame 35 mm x 35 mm x5 mm angle iron and with MS strip support of size 35 mm x 5 mm and 0.5 mtr. long leg support of same angle as per drawing including providing of suitable size of door with supply & fixing of godown lock including locking arrangment, painting and grouting of angle iron frame with legs in CC (1:2:4) foundation etc. as approved by Engineer-in-charge etc. complete as required. a) 1.5 mtr (W) x 1.00 mtr(D) x 2.00 mtr. (Height).

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 40 watt post top latern (for gate light), with wiremesh protection guard made out of angle iron frame and 10 swg wire of suitable size including suitable accessaoris (like bracket, nut , bolt etc.) for fixing of light connection etc. complete as reqd.

Providing& laying of DWC pipe of size 63 mm outer dia, by trenchless technology with no dig method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road/path with boring equipment i/c jointing / cleaning of pipes, excavation of pits of required size & depth etc. complete as required.

Painting and numbering (2 coating) of existing G.I. pole of upto 4 /5mtr. hight including painting of base plate & mounting arrangement etc. complete as reqd.

Painting of existing wire mesh protection frame/ panel of different size with 2 Nos of enamel paint coating incuding primer,cleaning etc. complet as required.

Repairing of existing 8 mtr semi high mast foundation/panel foundaton with CC mortor from one feet below ground level, i/c entering the existing cable through the foundation upto the connector box i/c filling up of gap between base plate and foundatio etc. complete as reqd.

Repairing of existing 4 mtr. square foundation with CC mortor from one feet below ground level, dismantling of existing pole for cable entry/exit i/c entering existing cable through the foundation upto the connector box etc. complete as reqd.
