Providing & fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe ,removable as per requirement,all complete for borewell of 150mm dia

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specificed grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm niminal size)

12mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and placing in position 100mm thick factory made machine batched and machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage ,all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Non Scheduled Items

Providing and wrapping/laying/fixing of double fold non woven Geotextile membrane having thinkness of 400 GSM, Having minmun tear Strength of 250 ASTM D4533,width wise atleast 215 ASTM D4533 having puncture strength of 1550 pluse as per ASTM D6241, Having elongation at Break % of 57 plus as per ASTM D4595 in Two layers, made out of long fibers to hold the mudules and protect liner including cutting ,sizing ,head welding, and needle punched for high porosity and proper percolation. Complete as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.(Manufacture test certificate to be submitted before execution).

Providing, fixing installing, testing and commissioning of Pure Rain filter of 700 mm dia and 800 height with 300 mm dia inlet and outlet, made out of FRP with stainless steel 304 grade strainer, having steel bucket of 600 microns with finer partical matter upto 160 micron filtration made of SS net with fiver foam of 25 mm thickness with filtration capacity 80 kl per hour, The height of filter 2000 mm including two filter extension of 700 mm dia and 600 mm height including connection with drain and pit complete as per approved design and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(The filter should be tested by NABL laboratory & Griha certified).

Providing, fixing installing, testing and commissioning of Micro filter Extension/Drum of 700 mm dia and 600 mm height including connection with Pure rain filter as per approved design and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Co-polymer based rainwater harvesting structure including supply of cross wave of size 494 mm x 494 mm x220mm with minimum void ratio of 94.7% having a weight of 1.8 kg and spacers having size of 988 mm x 240 mm x 25 mm having a weight of 0.8 kg of approved make and arranging the same in as directed by the engineer -in-charge and in complete accordance to the design, drawings. The rates are inclusive of all necessary transportation, loading, unloading excise, vat contral etc.as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge.(The material and design to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before execution).

Providing and fixing UPVC pipe of working pressure 6kg per square cm confirming to IS:4985 including jointing with sealing ring confirming IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion 300mm dia UPVC pipe

Supplying, filling, spreading & levelling stone aggragate 20mm nominal size, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : (i) Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (medium duty) 500 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 116 kg (weight of cover 58 kg and weight of frame 58 kg) : (a) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
