Dismantling wooden boardings/ partition in lining of walls and partitions, excluding sup-porting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : A)Thickness above 40 mm upto 80 mm .

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sec-tions/ appropriate Z sections and other sec-tions of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rub-ber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sec-tions shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : a)For fixed portion i)Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. i)Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except black, Cherry/Ruby red (a)Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick(galvanized @ 120 gram per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm,suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing@ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)With semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick HDHMR board of make, Century, Action Tesa, Greenply with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to 1S:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm . The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. a) Glazed vitrified floor tiles polished / matt/Antiskid finish of size i) Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, Glass panes architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : (a) Of area 3 sqm and below

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in ce-ment mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforce-ment with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. A) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing & fixing AC 5 12mm laminated wooden flooring i/c skirting and profile whenever required of make De-floor,greenlam, Action Tesa, quick step made from high density fibre board having density 900 kg/m? or more, core board based of dome technology in 12mm thick-ness, made from lignocellulose material-specifically "plantation timbers" like eucalyptus manufactured with homogeneous core, the flooring shall be tropicalized with an anti-bacterial surface with dimensional stability and laminated with melamine formaldehyde impregnated European made décor paper (70-120gsm) duly overplayed with an anti-abrasion layer of aluminium oxide impregnated tissue (55,65,85 gsm) in AC5 6500 abrasion cycle ) plank size 193 × 1214. the product shall have an isometric locking profile made from a 5 spindled profiling head. the locking profile shall be wax coated to prevent moisture seepage. the laminate flooring shall to be fixed on a base of 2mm thick layer of PU foam having a density of 24kg/m3. the bare floor shall be Ist covered with PE sheet having a thickness of 0.2mm as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Sliding Aluminium sec-tion windows of make Fenesta, Schueco made of Aluminium grade - T6 (6063) virgin alloy,of required size in all shapes and colors with 8 mm toughened glass having a width of the frame 130 mm , side sight line 95 mm i/c all accessories i.e. handle,lock, all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in.Charge.

Providing and fixing Fixed Aluminium section windows of make Fenesta, Schueco made of Aluminium grade - T6 (6063) virgin alloy with 8 mm toughened glass having a width of frame 39 mmX 39 MM in all shape and color as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing Fire retardant decorative high pressure laminated sheet of make Ven-tura (Beton series), Marino, century of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS :2046 including the cost of adhesive of approved quality. a)1.0 mm thick (Note:- Laminate to be pasted over the HDHMR board with CNC cutting at the fac-tory in all shapes and size,( rates include pasting and CNC cutting )

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, dif-fusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : a)12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board

PU Painting over woodwork in all colors and shades i/c covering of side panel with the paper and masking tape and removing same after completion of work, all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

PU Painting inside the grooves upto 10mm width and 10 mm depth over woodwork in all colors and shades i/c covering of side panel with the paper and masking tape and removing same after completion of work, all complete as per direciton and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing WPC fluited panels (Louvers) 4 mm thick in all shapes, sizes and colors of make Ventura, Marino or equivalent pasted over the board, all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters of make Duro, century, Greenply conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board con-struction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneer-ing with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: a) 30 mm thick including ISI-marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of make Dorset, Godrej, Dorma of approved brand and manufacture con-forming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. a)With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness 1. As the work is to be executed in the office of Vice chairman Secretariate, EM Secretariate and FM Secretariate , hence all the matrials considered in the estimate is to be supplied by the agency within 15 days from Date of actual start of work along with the original bill. If agency fails to supply the material within 15 days from the date of actual start of work, then a penalty of 0.5 % per agreement item amount per day shall be imposed to the agency. 2. The work is to be executed as on urgent basis . Hence, if the works halts due to non availability of labour or material. Then a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day shall be imposed to the agency for 7 days, thereafter, if the agency fails to restart the work after 7 days, then the work will be determined or action shall be taken as deemed fit in the opinion of Engineer-in-charge. 3. Water charges @ 1 % will be deducted from the bill paid to the agency as water will be supplied by the department only. 4.The work is to be executed upto 7th floor of Vikas Sadan. As there is no service lift working in B block, Vikas Sadan, hence all the arrangement for lifting of material to execute the work to be done by agency itself and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 5. All the malba generated after dismantling/construction at the time of execution of work to be disposed off on per day basis at earmarked location as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge i.e. Ground floor, D block at his own expense & nothing shall be paid extra on this account by the Department so that the functioning of the office of Vikas Sadan will not interrupt. Being a headquarter of DDA, if the agency fails to disposed off malba per day then penalty of Rs.1000/- per day will be imposed, to maintain proper working of Offices of Vikas Sadan.
