Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

French spirit polishing : (A) One or more coats on old work

Mirror polishing on marble work/Granite work/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.

Providing & fixing AC 5 or equivalent 12mm laminated wooden flooring of make Defloor,greenlam, Action Tesa made from high density fibre board having density 900 kg/m3 or more, core board based of dome technology in 12mm thickness, made from lignocellulose material-specifically "plantation timbers" like eucalyptus manufactured with homogeneous core, the flooring shall be tropicalized with an anti-bacterial surface with dimensional stability and laminated with melamine formaldehyde impregnated European made décor paper (70-120gsm) duly overplayed with an anti-abrasion layer of aluminium oxide impregnated tissue (55,65,85 gsm) in AC5 6500 abrasion cycle ) plank size 193 × 1214. the product shall have an isometric locking profile made from a 5 spindled profiling head. the locking profile shall be wax coated to prevent moisture seepage. the laminate flooring shall to be fixed on a base of 2mm thick layer of PU foam having a density of 24kg/m3. the bare floor shall be Ist covered with PE sheet having a thickness of 0.2mm as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard /ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete. A)Double strip (horizontal type)

Removing old cracked 12mm thick clear toughened glass & supply and installation of 12mm thick clear toughened glass with existing SS-316 Grade stainless Steel spider & bolt assembly in suspended spider glazing system. with non staining weather sealants of approved make,teflon/nylon bushes and separators to prevent bimetallic contacts, all complete. the joints between glass panels (6 to 8mm) and gaps at the perimeter & and in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant,so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. the rate shall include engineering , labour T&P,scaffolding,other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary service all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer,buffer plates, fastner,anchors,SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. for the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.

Providing at all heights, levels and locations Aluminium profile industrial troughed sheet of Alloy 31500/ 31000/ 40800, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS 2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping SS screws of size 5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal complete upto required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces i/c cutting to size and shape where required as per specifications, detail drawings and direction of Engineer -in- Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealent where required etc. but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. (A) 0.91 mm thick, the profile detail width 1044/920 mm, cover width 1000/875 mm.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): (A) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) , up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The plan area of the scaffolding shall be measured for every 1.5m height for payment purpose. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of polycarbonate 10mm multiwalluv brown or any colour sheet approved as per engineer-in-charge with 60mm aluminium top profile with EPDM gaskit rubber, with self taking screw, silicon, for water proofing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The payment for MS structure frame shall be paid separately. Note:- 1.Broken Spider glasses are to be replaced with extra care, during execution of work damage (if any) to the adjacent glasses shall be borne by agency only and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 2. The laminated wooden flooringwork is to be executed in the office of Pr. Commissioner (LD) on urgent basis, hence the materials considered in the estimate for wooden flooring to be supplied by the agency within 7 days from Date of start of work along with the original bill, if agency fails to supply the material within 7 days then penalty of 1 % of full agmt. item rate per day will be imposed to the agency. 3. Water charges @ 1 % will be deducted from the bill paid to the agency as water will be supplied by the department only. 4. As there is no service lift working in Vikas Sadan, hence all the arrangement for lifting of material to execute the work to be done by agency itself and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 5. All the malba generated after dismantling/construction at the time of execution of work to be disposed off on per day basis at earmarked location as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge i.e. at dumping point, back side of C Block, Vikas Sadan at his own expense & nothing shall be paid extra on this account by the Department, Being a headquarter of DDA the office premises should always be in a presentable condition, if the agency fails to disposed off malba per day then penalty of Rs.1000/- per day will be imposed, to maintain proper working of Offices of Vikas Sadan.
