Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS:11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of a) 200 mm dia

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete. a) 200 mm clamp

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of 200 mm dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I).

Supplying & installation of sub. Pump set duly coupled with suitable rating 3 phase/single phase, 415 volt/220 volt 50Hz, sub. Motor i/c connection testing etc. complete as required. The pump sets shall be suitable for the following duties. Head (Meter) Discharge Minimum HP/ Stage Outlet Size 29-86 mtr. (Approx) 380-135LPM (Approx) 6 HP/7 stage 3 ph. 50mm

Lowering of submersible pump set in the existing bore well up to the required depth along with existing G.I pipe and sub. Cable etc, water proof jointing of sub. Cable. Replacement of reqd. nuts, bolts, washers and packing, nipple, reducer, connection testing, etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and drawing of copper conductor flat PVC insulated & PVC sheathed submersible cable of following size i/c connection testing etc. complete as reqd. a) 1X3X2.5 sq.mm.

Supplying and installation of following size of double flanged GI pipe 'B' class (ISI marked ) duly threaded & welded with necessary pipe fittings, bends, elbow etc. complete as reqd. 50 mm dia.

Supplying of following size XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, aluminum conductor armoured power cbale of 1.1 kV grade, connection testing etc. as reqd. a) 4 x 25 sq mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refiling the trench etc. as required but excluding sand cushioning, protective covering. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kv grade as reqd. (a) 4X25 sq mm

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted L.T. feeder pillar cubical type single door of size of 1000 mm x 1000mm x 400 mm deep with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick M.S. CRCA sheet having hinged gasket covers and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers (100 mm), welding of MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm x 1mtr. long grouted with 1:3:6 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls, duly 1:4 cement plaster, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles, ferrules wherever required, painting, numbering, earth studs including supply and fixing of following accessories complete as required. (a) 100 Amps. 4 pole MCCB, 36 K Amp.--1No. b) 3 phase DOL submersible pump starter compact panel with 3 position selector switch, volt meter, ammeter & C-Curve TP MCB with suitable relay range upto 19 Amp. --- 1 Sets. (c) 32 Amps. DP MCB ('C'-Series)------1No. (d) 32A TP & N MCB (C-series)----2 No. (e) Danger notice plate -----1 No (f) Lifting hook on the top of feeder pillar ---1Set. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar panel of size 1100x1250(H)x400 deep duly compartmentalized (outdoor type) double door cubicle panel board made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet having hinged gasketed cover and screw type knob with double locking arrangement and rain protection cover mounted on MS angle iron base frame made out of 35x35x5 angle iron with 1 mtr. Long leg grouted with 1:3:6 foundation and should be as per drawing approved by Engineer-In-Charge. Legs should be covered with brick wall, connection, interconnection with powder coating, i/c connection inter connection of the accessories mounted there on with suitable size of copper wire with thimble/lugs, earthing the body of the feeder panel i/c supplying & fixing of the following items : INCOMER a) 250AMCCB 4 pole 36 kA MCCB - 1 No b) Digital Ammeter with selector switch (0-250A)1 No c) Digital Voltmeter with selector switch (0-500 V d) Indication Lamp (RYB) with control MCB 6A-3 NOS e) BUS BAR 250 A TPN Al. Supplying, Fabrication and Installation of wire mesh protection frame for existing feeder pillar made out of 8 SWG M.S wire mesh size (75mmX25mm rectangle nominal) of following size with M.S angle iron base frame 35mm X 35mm X 5mm angle iron and with M.S strip support of size 35mm X 5mm in cross and 0.5mtr long legs support of same angle (as per drawing attached), i/c door in front portion, supplying and fitting of go down lock i/c locking arrangement, painting and grouting of angle iron frame with lugs in CC 1:3:6 foundation etc. as approved by Engineer incharge etc. complete as regd. (a) 2 mtr (H) X 1.5 mtr (W) X 1.0 mtr (D) .

Earthing with G.I. Earth pipe 4.5 Mtr long, 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/Coke & salt as required.

Providing & Fixing of 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required.
