Terms & Conditions: i Manpower shall have necessary documentation proofs of their essential qualifiactions. (a) Field Supervisors: Essential Educational Qualification: - The candidates must have passed Diploma in civil engg. or Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university. Selection Criteria:- (i) All eligible candidates should have 1 year of experience in civil works. (ii) Right of final selection for deploy the man power is reserved with Engineer-in-Charge based on work compatibility, qualification etc. (b) Multi tasking staff (MTS): Essential Educational Qualification:- The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board. Selection Criteria:- Selection Criteria:- (i) Right of final selection for deploy the man power is reserved with Engineer-in-Charge based on work compatibility, qualification etc. (c) Data Entry Operator (DEO): Essential Educational Qualification:- The candidates must have passed Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university. Selection Criteria:- (i) Computer knowledge Test includes working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point) . (ii) All eligible candidates should qualify typing test of 35 wpm in English and 25 wpm in Hindi and have good shorthand speed as per requirement. (iii) Right of final selection for deploy the man power is reserved with Engineer-in-Charge based on work compatibility, qualification etc. ii Four Nos. Supervisor, Four Nos. MTS and one Nos. DEO per day shall be provided by the agency (requirement may get increase or decrease). iii Quoted rate should be inclusive of minimum wages as per notification of GNCTD & profit / overheads including the GST @18% etc. iv The minimum rate quoted by the agency shall not be less than 10 % of the estimated cost. if the rates quoted are below 10 % of the estimated cost, the bid would not be considered and will be rejected out rightly as unresponsive. v Necessary statutory deductions will be made as applicable. vi Attendance sheet should be produced at the time of payment. vii In case of absence of any person from the duty an amount of daily minimum wages will be deducted per person per day from agency bill. viii In case any complaint is received attributable to misconduct/misbehavior of agency's personnel, a penalty of Rs. 2000/- for each such incident shall be levied and the same shall be deducted from contractor's bill after issue of notice in addition to penalty clauses of agreement. Further, the concerned agency's personnel shall be removed from the site/office immediately. ix The Department shall have the right to ask for removal of any person of the agency, who is not found to be competent and orderly in the discharge of his/her duty. x The minimum wages will be paid as per notification of GNCTD and the agency will transfer the wages online or ECS to his / her bank account and the payment proof shall be submitted in concerned sub division office. xi EPF and ESI (if applicable) on part of employee shall be paid by the contractor and contribution towards employer part shall also be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the DDA on production of documentary proof. xii Any Staff cannot be replaced or suspended without prior approval from the concerned SDO/AE or higher authority.
