Lighting Fixture

3) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing (IP-66 protection and IK07 impact resistance) complete with all accessories including making connection & complete as per technical specification attached. LED street light fixture of not more than 120 watt and lumens output not less than 14400 lm

Wiring from pole control box to light fitting(s)

4) Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor Single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit/ Pole as required. a) 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm

Cables & cable laying

5) Supplying of following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c connection & testing etc. as required and as per technical specification enclosed. 2 x 16 Sq.mm

6) Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

7) Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

8) Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

9) Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheeted/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/Metal/DWC pipe / pole as required.

10) Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Feeder Pillars

11) Supplying, replacement,installation, testing and commissioning of old defective /damaged /non-repairable floor mounted feeder panel duly compartmentalized (outdoor type) double door cubicle panel board of Suitable size made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet having hinged gasketed cover and screw type knob with double locking arrangement and rain protection cover mounted on MS angle iron base frame made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 5 mm angle iron with 1 mtr. Long leg grouted with 1:3:6 foundation and should be as per drawing approved by Engineer-In-Charge. Legs should be covered with brick wall, connection, interconnection with painting after applying a coat of primer, i/c connection inter connection of the accessories mounted there on with suitable size of copper wire with thimble/lugs, earthing the body of the feeder panel i/c supplying & fixing of the following items : INCOMER a) 63A 4 pole 25 kA MCCB - 1 No b) Ammeter with selector switch (0-25 A) - 1 No c) Voltmeter with selector switch (0-500 V) - 1 No d) Indication Lamp (RYB) with control HRC fuse with fuse fitting- 1 set. BUS BAR 100 A TPN Al. Bus Bar (suitable size) - 1 Set OUTGOING a) 16 A TP&N 10 kA MCB - 4 Nos. b) Power contactor - 1 No. c) Astronomical Timer switch – 1 No. d) Auto/Manual toggle switch – 1 No. e) Compartment having space for DISCOM energy meter with 6mm thick Bakelite sheet for mounting energy meter. f) Danger Notice plate – 1 No. g) Lightning inside the feeder pillar Including dismantling of existing damaged/ defective feeder panel etc. complete as required and credit for dismantled material. Note: Foundation dully plastered and finished shall be made as per site requirement for which nothing extra shall be paid.

12) Supplying fabrication and installation of wire mesh protection cover guard for main feeder pillar made out of 8 SWG wire mesh of suitable size with MS angle iron base frame 40 mm X 40 mm X 5 mm and 0.5 Mtr. long leg spot and MS strip with support size 40 mm X 6 mm as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-Charge i/c providing door of suitable size with S/F of godown lock, locking arrangement, painting and grouting of angle iron frame in CC 1:2:4 etc. complete as required.

Cable end termination

13) Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing

14) Earthing with G.I. Earth Pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

15) Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for conneciton etc. as required.

16) Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut bolt , spring washer, excavation, refilling etc. as required.

17) Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith existing surface /recessed conduit submain wiring /cable as required.

18) Supply, boring and laying of HDPE DWC pipes (ISI) marked of the 90 mm dia size confirming to IS:4984 with pressure rating of 6KG/Sq.cm by trench less technology with no dig. Method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road with boring equipment i/c jointing, cleaning, rodding of pipe performing mandrel test providing suitable covers on mouth of pipes, excavation of pits of required size & depth and laying of cables in the pipe. etc. complete as required.

19) Removal & refining of existing CC work/ interlocking paver blocks from footpath , including removal of rubbish etc. Laying old cement cocrete/ interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as reqd. with proper finishing.
