Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2x2.5 sq. mm + 1x2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. (DSR-2022) 2x2.5 sq. mm

Supplying of following size of XLPE insulated aluminium Conductor having stranded wire armourd power cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c making, connection testing etc. as reqd a) 2 x core 10 sq mm

c) 4 core 70 sq mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/METAL pipe as required. (DSR-2022) Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dis G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required. (DSR-2022)

Supplying & replacement fixing of single arm bracket hot dip Galvanized minimum 500 mm long Bracket (to be installed at 4 mtr height) made out of suitable sized round pipe B-Class on octagonal pipe (3.60 mm Thick), 48 mm outer dia suitable for pole top 70mm with 500 mm long galvanized overhang with tightening bolts etc. as reqd. Tilt angle shall be around 10 degree i/c connection testing etc. reqd.

Supply and replacement of LED Flood Light and replacing 200 watt LED light fitting(i/c deduction of cost for replaced item), LED flood light not more than 200 W LED and not lesser than 24000 LUX with Main Housing made of Pressure Die Casting with Uniform thickness and proper heat sink design to ensure fast heat dissipation. The LEDs should be mounted on MCPCB and should be fixed to the body with proper thermal conductive paste to ensure quick transfer of heat to Heat sink. The Luminaire should be designed for L70 for a minimum 50 K burning hours at an ambient of 45 Degrees. The LED should be provide with proper secondary Lens assembly to insure require beam shaping IS specification. The secondary Lens assembly should be mounted MCPCB with screws. The LEDs mounted on the front side of the body should be permanently cover fitted with a clear Toughened Glass. This ensures the LED assembly is free from dust/Moisture/Water entry (IP 66). The IK rating should be IK 08. Operating temperature -10 degrees to 50 degrees Celsius.

Supply and replacement of following LED lights with all accessories i/c connection interconnection, /testing and mounting management etc as required with complete as per technical specification attached. 36 watt fixture (600 MM x 600 MM Long) LED light with IP:20 fixed on surface / recess of roof

LED Post Top Fitting- 40 watt with all accessories

LED Street light 35watt with IP66 and with System Efficiency of 120 lm/W with all accessories

20 watt fixture (300 MM x 300 MM Long) LED light with IP:20 fixed on surface / recess of roof with all accessories

LED Batten 20 watt, IP20 and with System Efficiency of 100m/W with all accessories
