Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'B' class heavy duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required : a) 40 mm dia.

b) 50 mm dia.

Repairing & rewinding of sub. motors of following capacity with cartage, dismantling, reassembling i/c supply & replacememt / repairing of damaged parts of motors and making good for operation i/c connection, testing, painting etc. complete as reqd. a) 3 HP to 5 HP, 3 Ph. sub motors.

b) Upto 2 HP, 3 Ph./1Ph. sub motors.

Repairing of sub. pump of the following stages & dia with cartage, dismantling, reassembling, supply & replacement / repairing of damaged parts of pump and making good for operation i/c testing, painting etc. complete as reqd. a) Upto all stages 6"dia submersible pump sets

b) Upto all stages 4" dia submersible pump sets

Supplying & replacement of following control gear / accessories in the existing installation for electric panel boards, motor starters, connection, testing etc. as reqd. a) 63 AMP TPN MCB (C -Series).

b) Single phase preventor with auto-reset feature

C) 32 AMP TP&N MCB (C-Series).

d) 32 AMP TP MCB (C-Series).

e) 0-30 AMP Ammeter (96mm x 96mm square dial flush mounted)

f) 0-500 Volt Voltmeter(96mm x 96mm square dial flush mounted)

g) DOL Starter suitable up to 7.5 HP pump set with relay range 9-14 amp.

h) Thermal Overload relay with range 9-14 amp..

Taken out of fallen & stuck sub. pump set from the existing bore well up to all depth along with sub. cable, G.l Pipe etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. a) 4 X 25 sq. mm

b) 4 X 50 sq. mm

Supplying of following size XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade, connection testing etc. as reqd. a) 4 x 25 sq mm.

b) 4 x 50 sq mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, refilling the trench etc. as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Repairing of existing feeder pillar i/c replacment of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet in front / side door with welding of hinges, gasketted cover, handle, locking arrangement painting with both sides etc as reqd.

Repairing of existing wiremesh protection frame including supplying & fixing of 8 SWG M.S. wiremesh (of size 75mm x 25mm) with M.S. angle iron base frame (of size 35mm x 35 mm x 5 mm), cutting, welding, painting, making locking arrangement etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a)63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Hire charges for cable fault locating machine to locate the fault in the existing underground LG cable etc. as reqd.

Digging out of 1 no. faulty PVC insulated, PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable laid in ground and relaying of the same after removing of the cable fault i/c refilling and redressing of the trench etc. as reqd.

Supplying, Replacement (Dismantling the existing feeder pillar), testing and commissioning of floor mounted L.T. feeder pillar (pump panel) cubical type double door of size 1000 mm x 900mm x 300 mm deep with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick M.S. CRCA sheet having hinged gasket covers and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers (100 mm), supported with MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm x 1mtr. long grouted with 1:3:6 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls, duly 1:4 cement plaster, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles, ferrules wherever required, painting, numbering, earth studs including supply and fixing of following accessories complete as required(as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-charge) . Supplying of sewage treated water submersible pumpset duly coupled with suitable rating 3 phase , 415 volt, SO Hz, 3000 RPM Submersible Motor . Supplying and replacement of vertical check valve madeup of gunmetal having size 50 mm including S/F of thread , connection testing etc. as required.

Supplying, Fabrication, replacement and Installation of wire mesh protection frame for existing feeder pillar made out of 8 SWG M.S wire mesh size (75mmX25mm rectangle nominal) of following size with M.S angle iron base frame 35mm X 35mm X 5mm angle iron and with M.S strip support of size 35mm X 5mm in cross and 0.5mtr long legs support of same angle (as per drawing approved), i/c door in front portion, supplying and fitting of go down lock i/c locking arrangement, painting and grouting of angle iron frame with lugs in CC 1:3:6 foundation etc. as approved by Engineer incharge etc. complete as regd. Painting of existing wire mesh protection frame & feeder pillar of different size with 2 Nos of enamel paint coating incuding primer,cleaning etc. complet as required.
