SUPPLY, INSTALLATION,TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 315 KVA, 11KV/433V OUTDOOR COMPACT SUB-STATION WITH OIL FILLED TRANSFORMER WITH OCTC AS PER IEC: 62271-202 WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS /COMPONENTS. Outdoor Enclosure:- Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of 2 mm for non-load / load bearing members , CRCA Sheet steel. The enclosure shall have IP 54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with Epoxy based powder coating (colour Siemens Grey RAL 7032, paint thickness 60-80 micron or as approved by Engineer-in-charge). Each compartment shall be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. Interconnection between HT switchgear & Transformer using suitable size XLPE Aluminium cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using suitable size copper Busbars/cable. Busbar fully encapsulated by SF6 gas inside the steel tank. Internal Earthing connections shall be done as per OEM specifications. Suitable cross section ISMC channel or Formed channel for Base. Approx Dimensions: 3000x2500x2500 mm (LXDXH) or as per components required and mentioned in BOQ. Final Drawing to be get approved from Engineer-in-charge. RMU / HT Compartment : 11/12KV, 630A, Motorised 21KA for 3 sec SF6 Insulated Non-extensible Compact Ring main unit comprising 1 VCB Two way 1LBS+1VCB unit Non Extensible:- Capacitor voltage indication lamp, self power relay, Interlocking function, Manometer, operating handle, current transformer of appropriate ratio for O/C protection. 11 KV Epoxy Resin cast current Transformer as per standard, steel tank, copper Busbar-630 A, breaking capacity-21 KA, short time withstand current-21 KA Relays:- a)IDMT-2 O/C +1 E/F self power numerical relay b)Provision for receiving incoming & outgoing cable. Transformer Compartment: 11kV/433V, 315 KVA, 3 Phase, 50Hz, Oil filled type, Dyn 11 as per IS: 1180 (Level-1) cooling ONAN , Copper wound, Tap range +5.0 to –10.0% ,taping steps 6 of 2.5%, winding connection :- H.V Winding-Delta, L.V Winding-star, vector group-Dyn11, With Oil & Winding temperature indicator With losses of 1.025 kW @ 50% load & losses of 3.10 KW @ 100% load, Impedance of 4.50 %. List of fittings & Accessories:-off circuit Tap changer , Rating & Terminal marking plate/Monogram etc., Earthing Terminals, Lifting lugs for Transformer Tank & cover, air release plugs, Thermometer pocket, Valves (filter/drain), OTI CUM WTI ,Plain oil level indicator, Bi directional Roller, Radiator, PRV, Buchholz Relay, Marshalling Box etc. as required. LT Compartment: Incomer:- MCCB, 400 Amp, 415 volts,4Pole, 36KA- 1 no. , wire wound CT, 400/5, CL-1- 3 nos. , EM6436-1 No. , R,Y,B,ON,OFF- 1 set Feeder outgoing:-i)MCCB,200 A,TP,25KA-2 Nos. ii) MCCB,100 A,TP,25KA-5 Nos. APFC Panel: 75 KVAr, 433Volts, 3 ph. with 7% copper wound reactor-1 no. with suitable rated capacitor duty contactors, MCCB/MCB for protection of capacitor bank, Auto manual selector switch, on/off Push buttons & indicating lamps.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
